Objective:Coronary angiography was performed to determine whether there were stenotic lesions and the location and stenosis of the vascular lesions.Selected patients were divided into stenosis group and non-stenosis group, high score subgroup and low score subgroup, high level subgroup and low level subgroup by results of coronary angiography,Gensini score and serum XO level.Serum xanthine oxidase(XO)and Gensini score were analyzed and compared among the internal subgroups of each group. The scores, uric acid(UA),oxidized low-density lipoprotein(0x-LDL)and other levels of difference were compared, while correlation between serum XO and Gensini score,UA,ox-LDL and other serum markers was explored.Patients with symptoms such as "chest pain" or "chest tightness" visiting a doctor in Tianjin Chest Hospital were diagnosed or excluded with coronary artery stenosis from April 2018 to December 2018 were included.According to the results of coronary angiography, there were 118 patients in the stenosis group and 45 patients in the non-stenosis group(normal control group).According to the Gensini score, the vascular stenosis components were divided into 2 subgroups: high and low score subgroup.According to the XO level, the stenosis group was divided into high and low level subgroup.General clinical data and coronary angiography results of all selected patients were collected, and the corresponding Gensini score was calculated.XO and ox-LDL were determined by ELISA assay.Result1.Comparison in baseline data between stenosis and non-stenosis group: there is no statistically difference in age, sex, smoking history, family history,EH,CVD,UA,Hcy,hn-CRP between stenosis group and non-stenosis group(p>0.05);2.Clinical baseline data between the subgroups of stenosis' s: No statisitcally difference was found between the subgroups among age, gender, smoking history, family history,LDL and other projects(p>0.05).3.Serum XO,UA,ox-LDL and other coronary atherosclerotic markers were compared between the stenosis group and the non-stenosis group.Serum XO levels were significantly higher than that in the non-stenosis group(p<0.01,the difference was statistically significant).Serum ox-LDL levels were significantly higher in the stenosis group than in the non-stenosis group(p<0.01,the difference was statistically significant);no significant difference was found in serum UA level(p>0.05).4.Stenosis group was divided into high group and low group by the median Gensini score. The statistical results showed thatXO level in the high score group was significantly higher than the low(p<0.01);No statistically significan difference in ox-LDL level was found.Stenosis group was divided into high and low-level subgroup by the median XO level.Statistical results showed that Gensini score in high-level subgroupwas significantly higher than that in low-level subgroup(p<0.01,the difference was Statistical significance;there was no significantly difference in ox-LDL levels(p>0.05).5.There was no significant correlation between serum XO levels and UA level or serum ox-LDL level.6.Binary logistic regression of vascular stenosis: binary logistic regression analysis was performed with stenosis as the dependent variable, gender, age, smoking history,LDL,HDL,and XO as covariates.XO was found to be an independent risk factor(OR=1.92,95% CI: 1.354 ~2.724,p<0.01)Conclusion1.The levels of serum XO and ox-LDL in patients in stenosis group were significantly higher than that in the normal control group.2.Trend in Gensini score and serum XO level in subgroup of steniosis group is similar, serum XO level(Gensini score)had the same trend following the Gensini score(serum XO level).3.Serum XO and ox-LDL are risk factors for coronary stenosis;XO is an independent risk factor for vascular stenosis. The result provides evidence for new ideas for prevention of coronary heart disease.
