The Correlation Analysis Between The High-density Lipoprotein(HDL) Subclasses And Severity Of Coronary Artery Stenosis

Objective To investigate the relationship of high-density lipoprotein(HDL)subclasses with severity of coronary artery stenosis in patients with Coronary angiographyMethods(1).A total of 122 consecutive patients underwent Coronary angiography were selected,because of suspected diagnosis of CHD was admitted to Gerontology Department、Vasculocardiology Department from 2013 to 2014 in our hospital, The confirmed diagnosis of CHD patients(At least have a coronary artery or branch stenosis > 50%)96, 62 males and 34 females,with an average of(60.31±8.72) years old, normal CAG findings patients26, 10 males and 16 females,with an average of(59.00±13.51);(2). Extraction in patients with venous blood fasting 12 hours,The contents of serum HDL subclasses were determined by two dimensional gel electrophoresis associated with immunodetection method within 24 hours.Through the evaluation of the results of coronary angiography in patients with coronary artery stenosis degree(by Gensini score);(3). measurement data with mean ±standard deviation(?X±s) and the qualitative data withΧ2 test,Comparing the two groups using independent sample t test,Using logisitic regression test and coronary heart disease(CHD) related factors, The correlation between two factors using linear correlation analysis.Results(1)Single factor chi-square, two independent samples t test showed that sex, smoking history, history of diabetes mellitus, systolic blood pressure, BMI, WC, WHR, HDL-C, LDL-C, Apo A-I, Lpa, Preb1-HDL, HDL3 b, HDL3 c, HDL2 b associated with coronary heart disease(CHD),The difference was statistically significant.(2)Smoking, systolic blood pressure, TG, Preb1-HDL, HDL3 b, HDL3 c is coronary heart disease risk factors, HDL2 b is coronary heart disease(CHD) protection factor.(3) HDL2 b negative correlation with Gensini score, Preb1- HDL, HDL3 b are positively related with Gensini score..Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis and treatment, HDL2 b possible as predictors for coronary heart disease, Preb1-HDL, HDL3 b, HDL2 b numerical can provide important basis for prediction and diagnosis of CHD, Coronary heart disease prevention is not only to improve and promote reverse cholesterol transport and regulating blood fat, but also regulate the HDL subclasses and their constituent ratio.
