In recent years, with the efforts of local health administrative departments and medical institutions,Chinese medical quality and medical safety level have been greatly improved. As patient safety becomes more and more concerned, the emphasis on patient safety has risen to a new level based on the current requirements of the Ministry of Health. It's of great significant that establishing a medical adverse event reporting system for improving the reporting rate of adverse events and controlling the occurrence of adverse events. The problems in the hospital's safety system can be found and risk identification capabilities can be improved through the adverse event reporting system, which is conducive to continuous improvement of medical quality management. The analysis of medical adverse events is conducive to the macro management of the health administrative department while providing reference for policy formulation. In this paper, the medical adverse event reporting system is researched on the basis of previous studies, the main tasks include the following:1?Do research on the naive Bayesian classification algorithm, while analyze its advantages and disadvantages in practical applications.Optimize its shortcomings in the actual situation, and the experiments show that the algorithm optimized can be more effective.2?Based on the improved algorithm, the data is trained and analyzed, and the classification model is established. The adverse event reporting and analysis system is designed and implemented, which has the process of adverse event reporting and the prediction of adverse events.3? Test the adverse event reporting system while analyze the possible shortcomings in the research work, which will be improved in future research.
