| Objective:Through the investigation of sexual knowledge,sexual concept and sexual behaviors of college students in Shanxi Province,the influencing factors are analyzed,and the main problems are found,which makes college students realize the importance of systematic sexual knowledge,scientific sexual concept and safe sexual behavior.And through reasonable and effective sexual health education,to reduce the occurrence of bad behaviors that endanger the physical and mental health of college students,and provide reference for the relevant departments to develop targeted sexual health education programs for college students.Methods:Data were collected using self-administered questionnaires.The contents of the questionnaire include: general demographic characteristics,sexual knowledge(10 questions,including 5 multiple-choice questions),sexual concepts(7 questions,including 1 multiple-choice questions),and sexual behavior-related questions(9,of which multiple-choice questions 2 Information).Sexual knowledge part of the multiple-choice questions get 1 point for each question and answer.The multiple-choice questions are 1 point for 1 item.The answer is wrong,the answer does not know 0 points,and the sexual concept is 0~2,0~3,0~ 4 level scoring,the higher the score,the more open the attitude.Part of the sexual behavior responded to having sex and unsafe sex each scored 1 point,no 0 points.From the clinical,preventive,and public administration of a medical university,all students in the first,third,and fourth grades were randomly selected as research subjects;900 clinical investigations,450 preventions,and 544 public administrations were surveyed,totaling 1894.1800 questionnaires were distributed on the spot,and the respondents completed the questionnaire and handed it over to the desk,which was collected by the investigators on the spot.A total of 1736 valid questionnaires were returned,and the effective rate of the questionnaire was 96.4%.Epidata3.0 software was used to establish the database,enter the questionnaire information,and then introduce SPSS22.0 to descriptive analysis of data,two independent sample t test and one-way ANOVA,multiple linear regression analysis methods,in which multi-class variables are treated with dummy variables.,the test level ? = 0.05.Results:(1)Sexual knowledge: The awareness rate of college students on “basic conditions of conception”,“abortion affects women's body”,“contraceptive measures cannot be 100% contraceptive”,and “correct use of condoms” exceeds 50%,respectively,85.4 %,81.7%,77.4%,60.3%,but the awareness of "different daily life contact" and "non-sexual contact" in sexually transmitted diseases,and the awareness of "cutting off daily life contact transmission" in sexually transmitted diseases prevention measures are low,respectively 11.1%,12.8%,21.3%.There are some misunderstandings about the contraceptive methods.It is believed that the students in the safe period,in vitro ejaculation,and vaginal washing contraceptives account for 60.7%,30.3%,and 10.1%,respectively.18.5% of students mistakenly believe that taking birth control pills can cause breast cancer.(2)Sexual concept: 96.1% of students believe that they need to understand sexual knowledge,and 34.9% of students believe that sex education “will not” lead to more sexual behavior.Only 21.1% opposed premarital sex,57.1% were neutral to “unmarried cohabitation”,and 70.4% opposed unmarried pregnancies.76.5% of the students who think that miscarriage will have a great impact on their own psychology,84.9% of students believe that both men and women have contraceptive responsibilities.(3)Sexual behavior: Of the 1736 undergraduate students surveyed,284(16.4%)had sexual intercourse,of which 43.7% were boys and 56.3% were girls.The average age of first sexual intercourse was 19.42 years.Among them,20 people have had same-sex behaviors,irrational,pursuit of sensory pleasure,the other party's request,possession of each other,and the sexual relationship between the students and the students under the influence of alcohol drugs are 204,114,84,80,150 people;and strangers The net relationship between netizens and sex workers was 38,40,and 6 respectively.There were 168 people who did not use contraceptives when they first had sex,and 161 who had occasional or never used contraception when they had sex.Forty-six people had had an unplanned pregnancy,22 boys had had an accidental pregnancy with a sexual partner,and 24 girls had had an unwanted pregnancy.The number of people who had had one,two or three accidental pregnancies was 30,7,and 9 respectively.(4)The average scores of sexual knowledge,sexual concept and sexual behavior were 17.32±4.16,7.07±2.70 and 7.60±4.43 respectively.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of sexual knowledge scores: girls' sexual knowledge scores were higher than boys'.The scores of students' sexual knowledge in urban areas are higher than those in rural areas.Third-and fourth-grade students have higher sexual knowledge scores than first-year students.The scores of sexual knowledge of prevention and clinical students are higher than those of public administration students.The student status knowledge of the complete family status is higher.Students with low maternal education score high on sexual knowledge.The father's sexual knowledge of the students who have sex education is high.Influencing factors of sexual concept scores: male sexuality scores are higher than female students.The scores of students' sexual attitudes in urban areas are higher than those in rural areas.The scores of male students in public administration are higher than those in prevention and clinical students.The fourth-grade students scored higher than the first-year students.The higher the score of sexual knowledge,the higher the score of sexuality.Influencing factors of sexual behavior scores: The scores of sexual behavior/unsafe sex behaviors of college students in public administration are higher than those of prevention and clinical majors.The mother's level of education scores higher for students' sex/unsafe sex behaviors at and below primary school.College students who have no lover have higher scores for sexual/unsafe sex.(5)Sexual knowledge needs: Students mainly acquire sexual knowledge through online/public science reading materials/classmates and friends,accounting for 63.8%,63.5%,and 52.5%,respectively.51.0% of the students answered that they did not have a sex education course and 38.4% of the students thought that the sex education in the junior high school was the most appropriate.29.5% of students most want to carry out sexual knowledge education in the form of compulsory courses.The most desirable sexual knowledge is sexual physiology/psychological,contraceptive knowledge,and sexually transmitted diseases,accounting for 84.8%,72.1%,and 71.4%,respectively.Conclusion:(1)The undergraduates' knowledge of the surveyed students is not comprehensive,and there are some misunderstandings about the ways of sexually transmitted diseases and preventive measures,contraceptive methods,and contraceptive side effects.Factors affecting sexual knowledge scores include gender,place of origin,grade,major,family status,maternal education,and father had sex education.(2)The undergraduate students are open to premarital sex and have an attitude toward unmarried pregnancies.Sexual concept scores have gender,origin,grade,professional,and sexual knowledge scores.(3)The proportion of premarital sexual behavior of the undergraduate students was high,and the awareness of sexual safety protection was weak.The factors influencing the sexual behavior score are professional,mother's education level and the presence or absence of lovers.(4)The undergraduates have different access to sexual knowledge.Colleges and universities do not pay much attention to the sexual knowledge education of college students.Students pay more attention to sexual physiology/psychological,sexually transmitted diseases and contraceptive knowledge. |
