Objective:To investigate the possible mechanisms of congenital and acquired immunity in the pathogenesis of hypertension by analyzing the differences in immune cells,complement and immunoglobulin between hypertensive patients and healthy persons.To analyze the relationship between immune disorders and hypertension by analyzing the levels of Th17,Treg and Th17/Treg in hypertension.Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on 61 patients with hypertension admitted to the second affiliated hospital of Shanxi medical university,including 8 patients with grade 1 hypertension,22 patients with grade 2 hypertension,and 31 patients with grade 3hypertension.149 subjects who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.The general information of the research objects and their immunological index including total T cells,B cells,Th cells,NK cells,Th17 cells,Treg cells,Th17 / Treg,IgA,IgM,IgG,C3 and C4 were collected.Then analyze whether there is any difference between two groups of date.If any,further analysis about whether there is any difference between different grades of hypertension would be needed.Results:Th17%,Th17,Th17/Treg,and complement C3 in the hypertension group were higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05),immunoglobulin M in the hypertension group was lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05),and there was no statistical difference between the different grades of hypertension(P > 0.05).There were no significant differences in total T cells,total B cells,Th cells,NK cells,Treg cells,C4,IgA and IgG between the two groups(P > 0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that Th17% was positively correlated with Th17/Treg(r=0.716,P < 0.05)and Th17 was positively correlated with Th17/Treg(r=0.578,P < 0.05),and Th17% was more correlated with Th17/Treg.Binary Logistic regression showed that increased Th17/Treg was herhaps a risk factor for hypertension.Conclusion:The levels of Th17%,Th17,Th17/Treg and C3 in the hypertension group were higher than those in the control group,and IgM in the hypertension group was lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05),suggesting that innate immunity and acquired immunity may play an important role in the occurrence and progression of hypertension.Binary logistic regression found that Th17/Treg is a risk factor for hypertension,suggesting that the imbalance of Th17 and Treg,immune factor enhancement or immune tolerance weakened may be the immunological mechanism of hypertension.
