Objective:To investigate the expression of androgen receptor(AR)in different types of breast cancer(BC)and its relationship with clinicopathological features. Methods:A retrospective study was conducted on the clinical and pathological data of 183 breast cancer patients diagnosed as primary invasive breast cancer after surgery from June 2017 to January 2019.The expression of AR was statistically analyzed.Relationship with molecular typing and clinicopathological features of breast cancer. Results:The positive expression rate of AR in 183 cases of breast cancer was 86.3%;the positive expression rate of AR in Luminal type A,Luminal type B,Her-2 overexpression type and triple negative breast cancer were 100%(28/28).95.8%(114/119),88.9%(8/9),29.6%(8/27),the AR positive rate difference between the four groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the AR expression rate of ER positive patients 97.2%,higher than ER negative(46.2%),the difference between the two was statistically significant(P<0.05);PR positive AR expression rate was 98.4%,higher than PR negative(61.7%),between the two The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The AR expression rate of Her-2 positive patients was 97.6%,which was higher than that of Her-2 negative patients(83.0%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Ki The AR expression rate of-67 positive patients was 83.4%,which was lower than that of Ki-67 negative patients(97.4%).The difference between the two was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference of AR expression in different histological grades was statistically significant(P<0.05),the lower the histological grade, the higher the positive rate of AR,the positive rate of AR in different tumor sizes(P=0.859),lymph node metastasis(P=0.881),age(P=0.057)and TNM Staging(P=0.706)have no significant difference. Conclusion:AR has a high positive expression rate in breast cancer tissues and has different expression in different subtypes of breast cancer. It is a predictor of good prognosis and low malignancy of breast cancer.Through this study,we can further explore the role of AR in breast cancer and provide more clinical evidence to support it.
