| ObjectiveTo analyze and compare the epidemiological and clinicopathological characteristics of breast cancer patients in Chongqing, and to evaluate whether the above characteristics are related to tumor staging.MethodsThe clinicopathological data of 5190 patients with primary female breast cancer in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into five groups according to clinical stages: stage 0,stage I,stage II,stage III and stage IV.chi square test and logistic regression analysis were used to compare the differences of clinicopathological indexes among the five groups.ResultsUnivariate analysis showed that there were significant differences in operation mode, estrogen receptor(ER)status, progesterone receptor(PR)status, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER-2)status and Ki-67 index.Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that compared with patients with lower Ki-67 index, patients with higher Ki-67 index had higher risk of late clinical stage.ConclusionThe Ki-67 index of breast cancer patients in Chongqing is closely related to clinical stage. |
