Objective:To evaluate the value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)characteristics in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast masses of different sizes in marginal zone. And to analyze the correlation of the characteristics of CEUS on the margin, immunochemical indexes and lymph node metastasis of breast cancers. To accurately diagnose breast cancers of different size and to provide more reference information for the selection of treatment strategy and prognosis evaluation of breast cancers. Methods:From August 2016 to March 2019,127 cases(131 lesions)were collected. All masses had definite pathological results. There are 55 lesions in the benign group and 76 lesions in the malignant group. There were 44 lesions in the malignant group with a maximum diameter of ?2cm and 32 lesions with a maximum diameter >2cm.There were 29 benign groups with a maximum diameter of ?2cm and 26 with a maximum diameter of >2cm.The differences of edge enhancement features of contrast-enhanced and malignant masses were compared. The differences of CEUS features in marginal zone between benign and malignant masses with maximum diameter ?2cm and >2cm were compared. The CEUS features of contrast-enhanced ultrasound contrast in different sizes of breast cancers were compare. The correlation between the edge enhancement features of tumors and prognostic indicators were analyzed.Result:1.Compared the CEUS features of marginal zone in benign and malignant breast masses. We found that the incidences of edge enhancement, radial enhancement, ring enhancement, perforating branch enhancement in malignant group were significantly higher than those in benign group,(P<0.05).2.In the?2cm group,The incidences of edge enhancement, radial enhancement, ring enhancement, perforating branch enhancement in malignant group were significantly higher than those in benign group,(P<0.05).3.In the > 2cm group,The incidences of edge enhancement, radial enhancement, ring enhancement, perforating branch enhancement in malignant group were significantly higher than those in benign group,(P<0.05).4.Compared CEUS features of marginal zone in breast cancer of different sizes,we found that the incidences of breast cancer perforator enhancement in the > 2cm group were higher than that in the < 2cm group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).5.The correlation between marginal enhancement features and immunohistochemical factors in breast cancers were analyzed,we found that edge enhancement was correlated with Ki67 expression.Radial enhancement was correlated with ER and Ki67 expression.Perforator enhancement was correlated with Her-2 expression. The range enlargement after angiography was correlated with the expressions of ER,Her-2 and Ki67,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).6.The correlation between marginal enhancement features and lymph node metastasis in breast cancer were analyzed,we found that Radial enhancement was correlated with lymph node metastasis(P<0.05)?while other signs were not correlated with axillary lymph node metastasis(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The contrast enhancement features of benign and malignant breast nodules were consistent among different sizes of breast masses.2.There are differences in edge enhancement features of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in different sizes of breast cancer.3.Partial CEUS features of in breast cancer marginal zone were correlated with immunochemical indexes and lymph node metastasis.CEUS can reflect the biological characteristics of breast cancer to some extent.
