| Objectives: This study investigated the relation between hypertension and the concentration of the Alzheimer-associated neuronal thread protein(AD7c-NTP)in urine to further discuss the correlation between hypertension and Alzheimer disease.Methods:1.Randomly choose 90 patients in department of cardiology in our hospital. The patients were divided into two groups depending on whether they had a history of hypertension. And there are 53 patients in the hypertension group and 37 patients in the control group.Register the basic information and record their name, gender, age, blood pressure and history of diabetes.Collect mid-stream urine samples and measure urine AD7c-NTP concentrations.2.SPSS21.0 software was used for statistical analysis. The measurement data in accordance with normal distribution was expressed with the mean and standard deviation.T-test was used to compare the differences between groups.Multivariate linear regression analysis was used for influencing factors of AD7c-NTP.The difference was statistically significant with P<0.05.Results:1.Basic data analysis:Compared group of hypertension with the control group, there was statistical difference of age(P<0.05).Gender and morbidity rate of diabetes between groups had no statistical difference(P>0.05).2.Compared group of hypertension with the control group, there was no statistical difference of AD7c-NTP concentration(P>0.05).Then stratified by age we found that among those under 65 years old,the difference between hypertension group(1.63±0.32ng/mL)and non-hypertension group(1.89±0.57ng/mL)was statistically significant(P<0.05).While among those over 65 years old,the difference between groups was still not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions:There was no obvious correlation between hypertension and the AD7c-NTP concentration in urine.Among those under 65 years old,the concentration of urine AD7c-NTP in hypertension group was lower than that in the control group, which might be related to a variety of factors, such as antihypertensive therapy.Further clinical observation and experimental exploration are needed. No correlation was found between gender, age, diabetes mellitus, random SBP,random DBP and urine AD7c-NTP concentration. |
