| Objective:To evaluate the effect of acupuncture on the prevention of gastrointestinal dysfunction after general anesthesia, and to explore the effect of acupuncture on gastrointestinal hormone levels in patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction.Promote the rapid recovery of patients after general anesthesia. Methods:The 72 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into acupuncture group(37 cases)and drug group(35 cases). All patients received the same basic examination before the operation, the same anesthesia during the operation, and the same basic treatment after the operation.Acupuncture intervention was performed 30 minutes after the operation in the acupuncture group, with the body needle retained for 30 minutes and the head needle retained for 6 hours. The drug group was given intravenous granisetron hydrochloride injection 3mg 30 minutes after the operation.Changes in serum motility, gastrin and ghrelin levels of subjects before,30 minutes after and 24 hours after the operation were observed.Meanwhile, abdominal distension score, nausea and vomiting score, postoperative bowel sound recovery time, first exhaust time and defecation time were recorded within 48 hours after the operation. All data were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 software.Adverse reactions and adverse events occurred during the test were recorded.Result:(1)There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in terms of the type of primary disease, gender, age, height, weight, body mass index and postoperative general vital signs(P > 0.05),which was comparable.(2)There was no significant difference in serum gastrin, motilin and ghrelin levels between the two groups before and 30 minutes after surgery(P > 0.05),and the two groups were comparable.(3)Serum gastrin, motilin and hunger hormone levels increased significantly in the acupuncture group 24 hours after surgery.Compared with the drug group, serum gastrin and hunger hormone levels in the acupuncture group were significantly higher than those in the drug group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(4)The scores of abdominal distension, nausea and vomiting in the acupuncture group were lower than those in the drug group within 6 hours after surgery, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.01).The scores of abdominal distension, nausea and vomiting between 6 hours and 24 hours after surgery were significantly lower in the acupuncture group than in the drug group(P < 0.01).The recovery time of intestinal rumble and the time of first exhaust and defecation in acupuncture group were significantly shorter than those in drug group(P < 0.01).(5)Safety evaluation: there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups after acupuncture or granisetron hydrochloride(P > 0.05).Conclusion:(1)Acupuncture with head acupuncture and body acupuncture can promote the secretion of serum gastrointestinal hormones and improve the level of gastrointestinal hormones.(2)Acupuncture with head and body needles can prevent postoperative abdominal distension, nausea and vomiting, which is more effective than granisetron hydrochloride and lasts longer.(3)The acupuncture method of head acupuncture and body acupuncture can promote the rapid recovery of intestinal sounds, shorten the time of the first postoperative exhaust and defecation, reduce the length of hospital stay, reduce the pain of patients, and make patients recover quickly after surgery. |
