The mortality of malignant tumor ranks top three in Chinain long term, the digestive system tumor is the most common malignant tumor.According to the "2012China cancer registration report",The top five malignant tumor of morbidity and mortality, includesfour kinds of digestive system malignant tumor.Operation is one of the important means of treatment of digestive system malignanttumor, gastrointestinal dysfunction is a common complication after surgery ofdigestive system malignant tumor. Gastrointestinal dysfunction mainly includes four aspects, such aspostsurgical gastroparesis syndrome, postoperative ileus, postoperative nausea and vomiting, diarrhea. The incidence of gastrointestinal dysfunction after surgery ofdigestive system malignant tumor is higher than that of after general surgical operation.Patients with digestive system malignant tumor after surgery also need to receive the treatment of chemotherapy and radiotherapy, so it is very important to recover the gastrointestinal function as soon as possible.ForPatients who do notreceive chemotherapy and radiotherapy, gastrointestinal function is also an important factor which can affect the prognosis. The pathogenesis of this disease is not very clear, Present study suggests that its occurrence was related with anatomical structure changes which made by operation, inflammation, nerve injury, and postoperative narcotic drug use, infection, nutritional status, underlying diseases, electrolyte disorder, mental health, and other factors. Western medicine treatment includes nutrition, reducing gastrointestinal burden, drugs or local stimulation to adjust the gastrointestinal motility, intestinal flora regulation, and so on. But western medicine treatment did not distinguish between tumor patients and patients who after abdominal surgery,so a lot of gastrointestinal dysfunction after surgery of digestive system malignant tumor is absence of effective treatment.Traditional Chinese medicinetreatment achieved good clinical curative effect, and has been widely studied for various diseases which includes. The category of traditional Chinese medicine, etiology and pathogenesis, andtreatment of traditional Chinese medicine of gastrointestinal dysfunction isformation of a certain understanding.Research reports mainly on various diseases, including the experience, clinical observation and experimental research, the four diseases has not yet been integrated systematically analyzed and summarized, gastrointestinal dysfunction is lack of wholecognition and standard treatment. My tutor professor ZUO Ming-huan research gastrointestinal dysfunction after digestive system malignant tumor surgery in long-term,Realizing the TCM theory of gastrointestinal dysfunction after digestive system malignant tumor surgery is not perfect, which leads to the curative effect low.Through the reorganiztion, analysis, summary the ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine and modern literature, and combined with the clinical experience of my Professor, to explain the etiology and pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation and treatment points of gastrointestinal dysfunction.Thesis mainlyinclude two parts, that are literature review, literature research and theoretical interpretation.Literature review includes twoarticles, one is the western medicine research progress of gastrointestinal dysfunction after surgery of digestive system malignant tumor, which summarizes the pathogenesis, clinical diagnosis and treatment of the gastrointestinal dysfunction after surgery of digestive system malignant tumor, other is the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine of gastrointestinal dysfunction after surgery of digestive system malignant tumor, which summarizes basic understanding of TCM, etiology and pathogenesis, treatment, doctors experience, and diagnosis and treatment ofgastrointestinal dysfunction after surgery of digestive system malignant tumor. The main partthroughresearch ofthe ancient literature of traditional Chinese medicine, and statistical analysis of modern treatment medication,to elucidatethe Chinese medicine belonging, etiology and pathogenesis, key points ofsyndrome differentiation and rule of treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction after surgery of digestive system malignant tumor,Concluding that the disease mainly includes four parts, such as postsurgical gastroparesis syndrome, postoperative ileus, postoperative nausea and vomiting, diarrhea. Respectively belonging to these diseases oftraditional Chinese medicine, such as "distension syndrome ","vomiting","abdominal distension ""anorexia ""stomach","bowel","vomiting"," diarrhea".Pointing out its etiology and pathogenesis mainly including four aspects, such asdeficiency of healthy Qi and asthenia of the spleen and stomach, operation wound and Zangfu organ damage, choroid damage and Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis,Not Liver Freely Distributing. Two of the most important are asthenia of the spleen and stomach and Zangfu organ damage. The key of this disease syndrome is distinguishing tumor patients with general surgical patients, distinguishinglocal syndrome differentiation and systemic syndrome differentiation.pointing out the current treatment with orally Chinese native medicine, which increases the risk of stimulation of anastomotic and increasing the burden on the gastrointestinal tract. And current treatment mainlyuse method of purgation, which could further aggravate its weakened body resistance on the basis of deficiency of healthy Qi.SoMy thesis firstlyput forward to use of Chinese medicine external treatment on the basis of local syndrome differentiation, which resolves a contradiction between whole body is virtual with local evil factors. My thesismakes up for the blank of Chinese medicine treatment of postoperative nausea and vomiting.
