Study On Professor Xie Jingri's Clinical Treatment For Chronic Cholecystitis By Using The Method Of Data Mining

Objective: To find out the common rules of professor Xie Jingri's clinical diagnosis and treatment of chronic cholecystitis,by using the method of data mining about the traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions of professor Xie.Methods: Comprehensively get the cases of "chronic cholecystitis",during 2013.03-2018.03,of professor Xie.By using the method of data mining,cases of "chronic cholecystitis" in professor Xie Jingri's outpatient department would be analyzed.The collected cases were screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and the screened cases were normalized according to the unified standards.Finally,the collected data were converted into data entry database,and the data in the database were statistically analyzed using Excel and other software.Based on the results of analysis,there would be a discussion about the clinical treatment experience of professor Xie Jingri dealing with "chronic cholecystitis".Results:1.A total of 153 cases were included in the study,including 69 males and 84 females.2.9 syndrome types of chronic cholecystitis patients treated by professor Xie were statistically obtained.There are 9 elements of common witness,5 syndrome target,117 commonly used Chinese medicine.3.A total of 25 pairs of commonly used drugs were obtained through analysis,21 groups of commonly used syndrome drugs were matched,and 13 groups of commonly used syndrome target drugs were matched.Conclusion:1.Among the chronic cholecystitis patients treated by professor Xie Jingri,syndrome of Gan Yu Yi Xu,syndrome of Gan Dan Qi Zhi,syndrome of Gan Dan Shi Re and syndrome of Qi Zhi Xue Yu are common syndromes,with a cumulative frequency of 84.97%.2.In the process of treating chronic cholecystitis,atractylodes and codonopsis rosea are the common drugs to treat qi deficiency;Chaihu tangerine peel is a common drug used by professor Xie to treat qi depression.Fructus psoraleae and evodia officinalis are the common drugs for treating Yang deficiency by professor Xie.Tuckahoe cocos and atractylodes atractylodes are the most commonly used medicine for internal dampness.3.In the process of professor Xie 's treatment of chronic cholecystitis,the commonly used drugs for liver-qi stagnation include bupleurum,orange peel,fructus aurantii and woody incense.For the commonly used drugs of choledochosis and bupleurum;For the weak temper commonly used drugs atractylodes atractylodes,codonopsis pilosula,orange peel,sand kernel;Codonopsis pilosula,yam,coix seed and white lentil are commonly used drugs for gastric qi weakness.Common drugs for kidney-yang deficiency include nutmeg,evodia officinalis,aconite and cinnamon.Atractylodes macrocephala and poria cocos,commonly used drugs for spleen dampness.phellodendron chinensis is common drug for stomach fever;For the qiaoxu cold commonly used medicine dried ginger.
