Clinical Observation Of Water-Nourishing Liver-Clearing Decoction Plus Or Minus Treatment Of PCOS Induced Kidney Deficiency And Liver Depression Pattern In The Delayed Menstruation Cycle

Objective:The clinical efficacy of 30 patients in the late-stage menstruation caused by the treatment of the kidney-deficiency and liver-stagnation pattern polycystic ovarian syndrome was observed by the treatment of Water-Nourishing Liver-Clearing Decoction(YiZong oneself plait)and the treatment of Cyproterone Acetate Tablets control group.Provied clinical evidence for clinical treatment and improve clinical efficacy.Method:From December 2017 to January 2019,60 petients who met thediagnostic criteria for late-stage menstruation with kidney-deficiency and liver-stagnation and the diagnostic criteria for ploycystic ovary syndrome in the first outpatient department of Heilongjiang university of traditional Chinese medicine second affiliated hosipital were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group for a randomized controlled trial,30 patients in each group.The treatment group was given 300 ml of Water-Nourishing Liver-Clearing Decoction addition and subtraction,150 ml each before breakfast and after dinner,and began to take the medicine on the5 th day of menstruation,and continued to take the medicine until the next menstruation,and stopped taking the medicine after 3 consecurive menstrual cycles.The control group was treated with Ethinylestratradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets one tablet at a time,once a day,starting on the 5th day of menstruation,taking for 21 days continuously,and stopped after 3consecutive menstrual cycles.The TCM syndrome scores before and after medication,the changes of menstrual cycle,hemorrhoids and T level were obseved.Stratistical analysis was performed using IBM SPSS22.0 statistical software.Results:(1)The total effective rate was 96.55% in the treatment group and 85.71% in the control group,and treatment group was effective(P<0.05).(2)Compared with the control group,the treatment group can significantly reduce the total score of TCM syndromes(P<0.05).(3)Compared with the control group,the treatment group significantly reduced the menstrual cycle score(P<0.05).(4)Compared with the control group,the treatment group significantly reduced the acne scores(P<0.05).(5)Compared with the control group,the treatment group testosterone was equivalent to the reduction of level(P> 0.05).Conclusion:1.Water-Nourishing Liver-Clearing Decoction addition and subtraction treatment group and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets control group have a clinical effect in the treatment of PCOS caused by Kidney-deficiency and liver-stagnation pattern in the late-stage menstruation.The treatment group was better than control group for TCM syndrome total score,menstrual cycle score,and acne score.And the treatment group and the control group were equivalent in reducing the T level.2.Water-Nourishing Liver-Clearing Decoction addition and subtraction treatment group and of PCOS caused by kidney-deficiency and liver-stagnation pattern in the late-stage menstruation has a significant effect,which has a certain guiding effict,which has a certain guiding effect on the clinic.
