Objective:In this experiment,the rat model of posterior circulation ischemia was established by electrocoagulation of vertebral artery in rats.Through BAEP,step-down test,balance test and neurological deficit score,the therapeutic effect and mechanism of electro-acupuncture on posterior circulation ischemia rat model were explored,and the electro-acupuncture treatment scheme for posterior circulation ischemia was optimized,so as to standardize the clinical application of Electro-acupuncture treatment.Circulating ischemia provides reliable experimental basis.Methods:90 adult male SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group,model group and electric needle group.The model group and the electric needle group were used to prepare the PCI rat model by modified vertebral artery electrocoagulation.The sham operation group only exposed C1 and wing holes,and did not electrify the wing holes.On the second day after modeling,treatment started.Electroacupuncture at both sides of the wind pool and blood supply points for treatment,electroacupuncture continued stimulation for 20 min,once a day,continuous treatment for 7 days.The sham operation group and the model group did not receive any acupuncture treatment every day,but in the same time period of acupuncture treatment in the electric needle group,the grasping,bundling and fixing were carried out,and the time and conditions were the same as those of the electric needle group.The behavioral changes of the platform latency and balance function before and after treatment were observed.BAEP was performed before modeling,1day after modeling,and 7 days after treatment,and the amplitudes(AMP)and peak latency(PL)of I,III,and V waves in the three groups were compared.All data were statistically analyzed using statistical software SPSS22.0 data statistical software,and the results were obtained.Results:1.Jumping platform latency Compared with the sham operation group,the latency of the platform in the model group and the electric needle group was significantly prolonged,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).Compared with the model group,the latencyof the jumping platform in the electric needle group was significantly shortened.Statistical significance(P < 0.01).2.Balance test positive rate Compared with the sham operation group,the number of positive balance tests in the model group and the electric needle group was significantly higher than that in the sham operation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).Compared with the model group,the rats in the electric needle group were balanced.The number of positive tests was significantly reduced,and the difference was statistically significant P < 0.01).3.Balance test neurological deficit score Compared with the sham operation group,the neurological deficit scores of the balance group and the electroacupuncture group were significantly higher than those of the sham operation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Compared with the model group,the electric needle group was compared with the model group.The neurological deficit score of the balance test was significantly lower than that of the model group(P < 0.01),and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).4.BAEP peak latency(PL)Compared with the sham operation group,there was no significant change in the peak latency(PL)of the I wave in the model group and the electric needle group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).The peak latency(PL)of the model group III and V waves was observed.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).The peak latency(PL)of III and V waves in the electric needle group was shortened to some extent(P < 0.05).Compared with the model group,The peak latency(PL)of the III and V waves of the electric needle group was shortened,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).5.The influence of BAEP wave amplitude(AMP)Compared with the sham operation group,the wave amplitude(AMP)of the I wave in the model group and the electric needle group did not change significantly,and the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).The amplitude(AMP)of the III and V waves in the model group was significantly shortened.The difference wasstatistically significant(P < 0.01);the amplitude(AMP)of the III and V waves of the electric needle group was shortened to some extent,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Compared with the model group,the electric needle The amplitude(AMP)of the group III and V waves was shortened,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusions:1.Electroacupuncture can improve the behavioral index of rats with posterior circulation ischemia,which can improve the balance of ischemic rats,thus improving their sensory and coordination functions.2.Electroacupuncture can alleviate the neurological damage of rats with posterior circulation ischemia,thus improving their motor function.3.Electroacupuncture can improve the BAEP detection index of rats with posterior circulation ischemia,thus improving the blood circulation and nerve function of ischemic rats.
