Objective To observe the clinical effect of Reyanbao with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia(syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis).Methods Through the randomized controlled method,the 64 patients who were visited the dermatological department in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine between April 2018 and December 2018 conformed to the inclusion criteria were divided into the treatment group(32 cases)and the control group(32 cases).The treatment group treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with Reyanbao with traditional Chinese medicine,while patients in control group were treated only with Buyang Huanwu Decoction;1 week as a course of treatment,observe 2courses,The clinical symptoms and other syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine of the two groups were recorded and scored.Results 1.The total scores of pain symptoms in both groups were reduced to different degrees after the treatment,After 1 week,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);After 2 weeks,There was a significant difference between the two groups(P< 0.05).2.Compared with the other syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine of the two groups,the scores decreased after 1 week and 2weeks,and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).3.Through the clinic efficacy observation,the total effective rate was 93.75% in the treatment group and 83.33% in the control group.There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion 1.Reyanbao with traditional Chinese medicine can improve the pain symptoms of patients of the patients with postherpetic neuralgia(syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis,and reduce the score of other syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine.2.Reyanbao with traditional Chinese medicine is the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia(syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis),that is efficient,convenient,environmentally friendly.
