Background:Vascular malformation is a series of disordered diseases caused by morphological development during vascular system development. The incidence rate is 4%~10%.The vascular malformation can't heal itself. It is harmful to patients.Malformation, insidious onset, especially in the lips, tongue, mouth, pharyngeal wall and other parts of the disease, not only affect the appearance, causing psychological abnormalities, can also cause corresponding dysfunction, severe vascular malformations can also lead to heart failure, suffocation, etc.Serious complications,so early treatment of this type of disease also appears to be significant.Local injection of sclerosing agents is one of the main treatments for vascular malformations. At present, pingyangmycin is one of the first choices for the treatment of oral and maxillofacial vascular malformations.A systematic evaluation study showed that the basic cure rates of different concentrations of pingyangmycin for different types of vascular malformations were: 60%~ 77.4%,the effective rate was about 80%-90%,and the incidence of adverse reactions was about 8-36%.In this article,we retrospectively studied the treatment of pingyangmycin in children with oral vascular malformation, and sought a more stable and safe and easy to grasp treatment model, summed up the treatment experience,in order to provide reference for improving the clinical treatment level of oral vascular malformation in children. Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of 0.1% pingyangmycin injection in the treatment of children with oral vascular malformation, and provide experience for clinical application. Methods:From January 2009 to December 2015,56 children with oral vascular malformation who had complete records and follow-up data in the Department of Hemangioma of the Children's Hospital of Chongqing Medical University were followed up for 2 years after the end of the last treatment. The clinical data of the size, location and other aspects of vascular malformation were analyzed. The therapeutic effects and adverse reactions of the children were analyzed. The typical cases were analyzed and the clinical treatment points were summarized.Rerults:All the 56 patients completed the whole course of treatment, including 48 cases,45 cases were basically cured, and 7 cases were ineffective.4 cases of local ulcers, hyperpigmentation, etc.,no drug-related serious reactions occurred. The basic cure rate of this group was higher than that of this group. The average level reported in the literature. Conclusion:Percutaneous local perfusion of 0.1% pingyangmycin is safe and effective in treating oral vascular malformations in children.
