Analysis Of Curative Effect Of TACE Combined With RFA In Patients With Middle And Advanced Primary Live Cancer

Materials: 76 patients with middle and advanced primary liver cancer were selected from January 2017 to December 2018 in The First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University.Study group(n = 24): 14 males and 10 females with an average age of(45.32 ±6.73)years with a mean age of(45.32 ±6.73)years.The diameter of the tumor is 8 to 13 centimeters with an average of(10.41 ±3.15)centimeters.Control group(n = 54): 31 males and 23 females with an average age of(45.21 ±6.52)years and a mean age of(45.21 ±6.52)years.The diameter of the tumor is 9 to 14 centimeters with an average of(10.52 ±3.23)centimeters.There was no difference among the data(p > 0.05).Methods: transcatheter arterial chemoembolization was used in the control group:puncturing of right femoral artery with the technique of seldinger and selecting intubation of celiac artery and mesenteric artery for proper injection of High pressure contrast Agent for Arterial Angiography.Catheterizing to the supplying artery and pouring the chemotherapy drugs.The treatment interval is 4 to 6 weeks.The study groupcombined with radiofrequency ablation on the basis of control group :reasonable selection of residual lesions according to the patient's condition.Figuring out of the diameter of the lesion by CT guided with imaging equipment and selecting reasonable depth of needle feeding to carry out superimposed ablation.The ablation time of each lesion was 10 to20 minutes.Evaluation of ablation for hepatic lesions by CT scan after operation,at the same time,anti-inflammatory measures were given after operation.After one week,the patients discharged if the liver function reexamined without abnormality.Results:The liver function indexes of ALT,AST,ALP and GGT in the study group were lower than those in the control group.The scores of role function,cognitive function,physical function and social function in the study group were higher than those in the control group.The curative effect of solid tumor in study group was higher than that in control group.Conclusion:TACE combined with RFA can improve tumor necrosis rate in patients with advanced liver cancer,the former can reduce the tumor volume and reduce the active tumor tissue and residual active focus.The latter is based on the treatment of multi-point superposition to further extinguish the residual lesions.Therefore,the combined treatment of this disease is a minimally invasive treatment which can reduce the incidence of complications.In this study,the combination of TACE and RFA can improve the liver function,the prognosis,the clinical curative effect and quality oflife and strictly control the condition in patients with middle and advanced primary liver cancer.
