ObjectiveTo investigate predict value of peripheral blood neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio(NLR)and platelet to lymphocyte ratio(PLR)in non luminal breast cancer patients with clinical progress disease(cPD)in neoadjuvant chemotherapy(NAC).MethodsRetrospective analysis was performed on the relationship between peripheral blood NLR and PLR levels in 255 non luminal breast cancer patients before NAC treatment and cPD after NAC treatment.ROC curve method was used to evaluate the predictive ability of NLR and PLR to cPD,and the sensitivity and specificity were calculated according to the maximum Youden index.ResultsThe cPD rate of non luminal breast cancer after NAC was 12.55%(32/255).The differences between the cPD group and non-cPD group inNLR and PLR were statistically significant(χ2=31.742,p < 0.001,andχ2=24.789,p < 0.001,respectively).Area under ROC(AUC)of NLR and PLR was 0.703 and 0.709.Proper cutoff of NLR and PLR was 2.41 and148.44.The sensitivity and specificity of NLR and PLR were 63.3%,68%and 60%,79%.Logistic multivariate analysis showed that NLR and PLR were independent predictors of cPD after NAC.ConclusionHigh NLR and PLR in peripheral blood before treatment indicated higher cPD after NAC in non-luminal breast cancer. |
