Background:The incidence of lung cancer is gradually increasing. The neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio(NLR)and platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio(PLR)are certified to be relate to prognosis of various tumors. Objective: This study was designed to investigate the predictive value of NLR0,PLR0,and NLR2,PLR2 for the progressive disease of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)after chemotherapy. Methods: 80 cases were retrospectively analyzed from January 2017 to January 2018 in the first affiliated hospital of Chongqing medical university and meet the standard set of NSCLC patients, collecting their peripheral blood routine data before the first and third cycles of chemotherapy, calculating NLR0,PLR0,and NLR2,PLR2 adopts the receiver-operating characteristic curve(ROC curve)method to select the truncation values, and the prediction value of NLR0 PLR0 and NLR2PLR2 for the progression of NSCLC after chemotherapy was evaluated bybinary Logistic univariate analysis and Logistic multivariate analysis. Results: After 2 cycles of chemotherapy, the PD rate of NSCLC was21.1%,the NLR0 and PLR0 cut-off value calculated according to the Youden index was 5.28 and 237,the NLR2 and PLR2 cut-off value was4.12 and126,respectively.NLR0(?5.28)and PLR0(?237)predicted the sensitivity and specificity of PD after first-line chemotherapy for advanced NSCLC were 76.5%,84.1%,and 76.5%,79.4%,respectively.NLR2(?4.12)and PLR2(? 126)predicted the sensitivity and specificity of PD after first-line chemotherapy for advanced NSCLC were 47.1%,90.5%,and100%,28.6%,respectively.Logistic single factor analysis showed that NLR0?5.28,PLR0?237,NLR2?4.12 were independent predictors of PD after NSCLC chemotherapy;Logistic multivariate analysis showed NLR0?5.28,NLR2 ? 4.12 was an independent predictors of PD after NSCLC chemotherapy,PLR0 and PLR2 are not independent predictors of PD after NSCLC chemotherapy. |
