Evaluation Of Provincial Medical Key (Development) Subject Scientific Research Performance In A Provincial Capital City

Objective To evaluate the scientific research level of provincial medical key(development)disciplines in a provincial capital city,find out problems,put forward development countermeasures to optimize the allocation of medical scientific research resources.To improve the scientific research level and provide scientific basis for relevant policy formulation.Methods The paper used literature research,descriptive research,rank test,expert consultation,etc.Analyze the provincial medical priorities of the provincial capital city from 2012-2016 in terms of scientific research input,scientific research output.Results Members aged 25-34 years were the most,postgraduates had the highest proportion of academic qualifications;senior titles had the highest proportion.The number and level of scientific research projects have increased.The number of science and technology awards at all levels declined in 2015.The scientific research level of general hospitals is higher than that of specialized hospitals,but the input ratio of scientific research output is lower than that of specialized hospitals;the scientific research level of affiliated hospitals and the input ratio of scientific research output are higher than those of non-affiliated hospitals;the input ratio of scientific research level and scientific research output is the highest in the top 25% of key disciplines.Conclusion Members are mainly young and middle-aged,with high educational level,but the proportion of senior professional titles is high.Popularization and transformation of scientific and technological achievements are weak The level of scientific research in key disciplines is uneven.The level of scientific research in different types of units is not balanced.The input-output ratio of scientific research is unbalanced.Suggestions: encourage the declaration of scientific and technological awards;promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements;layered and focused management of key medical disciplines;increase scientific research investment in specialized hospitals,affiliated hospitals and top 25% of key disciplines.Figure 9;Table 28;Reference 45...
