Objectives To analyze the clinical application of fiberoptic bronchoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children,so as to provide evidence for improving the curative effect of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.Methods A total of 210 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia who were treated in hospital from January 2016 to December in-2017 were randomly selected.They were randomly divided into routine group,the study group 1 and the study group 2.The routine group was taken conventional treatment for children with mycoplasma pneumonia,and study group 1 was given lesions exploration by fiberoptic bronchoscopy and bronchoalveolar lavage at normal temperature.The study group 2 were given lesions exploration by fiberoptic bronchoscopy and bronchoalveolar lavage treatment given at abnormal temperature.The cough and pulmonary rales and other symptoms,improved time,hospitalization time,hospitalization cost,total efficiency of treatment and adverse reaction were observed and compared of the groups,and the level of serum IL-6,TNF-?,CRP,PCT,breathing rate,MP-IgM,PaCO2 and PaO2 were determined and compared.Results 1 The total effective rate of study group 1 and study group 2 was higher significantly than that of the conventional group,and there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Total efficiency between study group 1 and study group 2 had no statistical difference(P>0.05),and treatment efficiency between conventional group and study group 1 had no significant difference(P>0.05).The effective rate of treatment in study group 2 was significantly higher than that in study group 1,and there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).2 Cough time and improve pulmonary rales in study group 1 and study group 2 were significantly lower than that in conventional group,and there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The fever disappeared time in study group 2 was significantly lower than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of cough time and pulmonary rales disappeared time in study group 2 were significantly lower than those in study group 1,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3 After treatment,the breathing rate,MP-IgM,PaCO2,serum IL-6,TNF-α,CRP and PCT levels in study group 1 and group 2 were significantly lower than those in conventional group(P<0.05),and the PaO2 in study group 1 and group 2 were significantly higher than those in conventional group(P<0.05).Breathing rate,MP-IgM,PaCO2,serum IL-6,TNF-α,CRP and PCT levels in study group 2 were significantly lower than those in study group1(P<0.05),and the the PaO2 in study group 2 were significantly higher than those in study group 1(P<0.05).4 The average hospitalization cost of study group 2 was lower than that of study group 1 and routine group(P<0.05),and the average hospitalization cost of study group 1 was lower than that of routine group(P<0.05).The rate of coughing aggravation in the study group 1 and the study group 2 was higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05).And there was no statistically significant difference in the rate of other adverse reactions between the study group 1 and the study group 2(P>0.05).Conclusions 1 The application of fiberoptic bronchoscopy can improve the efficacy of clinical diagnosis and treatment for the children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia,fiberoptic bronchoscopy has better curative effect in the early stage.2 The application of fiberoptic bronchoscope treatment can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of pediatric mycoplasma pneumonia.When the fever are still,bronchoscopy lavage can shorten the heating time of children,and effectively reduce the degree of mycoplasma infection.3 The application of fiberoptic bronchoscopy treatment can effectively reduce the inflammatory response of the children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia and promote the absorption of pulmonary inflammatory lesions.4 The fiberoptic bronchoscopy is safe to use for diagnosis and treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia,and it has no serious adverse event,sreducing hospitalization costs.Figure 0;Table 12;Reference 51...
