| Objective:Based on the theory of "Huazhuo Jiedu" established by Professor Li Diangui,a master of Chinese medicine,the treatment of atients with chronic renal failure(CRF)was treated with a comprehensive treatment plan for turbidity and detoxification,and the effect of intervention on the pathogenesis of CRF was observed.Methods:180patients with renal insufficiency and decompensated renal failure in the outpatient department of Hebei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and hospitalized patients with chronic renal failure(the patient's three-month serum creatinine level was stable between 133 and 442 ummol/L),all patients were randomized.There were 90 cases in the treatment group and 90 cases in the control group,and there was no statistical difference between the general conditions and renal function indexes(P>0.05).Both groups were treated with high-quality low-protein diet,combined with conventional Western medicine treatment such as antihypertensive,lipid-lowering,diuretic,and anemia correction.The treatment group was treated with turbid detoxification and the control group was treated with urinary granules.The treatment lasted for 3 months.By observing the TCM clinical syndrome score before and after treatment,24-hour urine protein quantitation(24h-UTP),serum creatinine(Scr),urea nitrogen(BUN),uric acid(UA),albumin(Alb),hemoglobin(HGB),calcium(Ca),phosphorus(P),parathyroid hormone(PTH),human fibroblast growth factor 23(FGF-23),human transforming growth factor beta 1(TGF-?1),human Klotho protein changes The clinical efficacy of the comprehensive treatment of turbidity and detoxification in the intervention of chronic renal failure.Results:1.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.46%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 68.29%.The two groups were statistically significant(P<0.01).2.The TCM clinical syndrome scores of the two groups were not statistically significant before treatment(P > 0.05).The TCM clinical syndrome scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before,and the treatment group was better than the control group.It was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The hemoglobin and plasma albumin of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment.The increase of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.The two groups were statistically significant after treatment(P<0.01).4.The 24-hour urine protein quantitation of the two groups was reduced compared with that before treatment.The treatment effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.01).5.There were no significant differences in renal function indexes between the two groups.Scr,BUN and UA decreased after treatment.The degree of decline in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group.The two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).6.Compared with the control group,the levels of phosphorus and parathyroid hormone in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,and the serum calcium level was significantly increased.The two groups were comparable(P<0.01).7.The levels of serum FGF-23 and TGF-?1 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment.Compared with the control group,the degree of decline in the treatment group was more significant,and the two groups were statistically significant((P<0.05).8.The serum Klotho protein of the two groups increased in different degrees.The treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: 1.The application of turbid detoxification comprehensive treatment program can significantly delay the progression of patients with chronic renal failure and play a better therapeutic role;2.group refining,suitable for different disease changes,clinically easy to promote;3.In summary,the comprehensive treatment plan for turbidity and detoxification has great advantages in improving laboratory indicators,improving patient symptoms and clinical safety,and it is worth further clinical promotion. |
