Effect Of Scalp Acupuncture Combined With Cerebral Circulation Therapy Instrument On Muscle Tension And Gross Motor Function In Children With Spastic Cerebral Palsy

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of scalp acupuncture combined with cerebral circulation therapy instrument on the improvement of muscle tone and gross motor function in children with spastic sputum cerebral palsy,and create an era for the rehabilitation of children who have got spastic cerebral palsy.Methods:Use 100 Spastic diplegia children as data base,who met the criteria standard were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group?1 case was removed from the observation group during treatment,1 case was excluded from the control group,and finally 49 in each group example?.The observation group used scalp acupuncture combined with cerebral circulation therapy device,massage therapy,paraffin therapy,exercise training and occupational therapy.The control group was not treated with scalp acupuncture and cerebral circulation therapy device,and others are the same as observation groups.The two groups of children were treated for 5 times and then have a rested been 2 days,every20 times of treatment counted as 1 course,and after the end of each course of treatment they take 7 days of rest,and then they engage the next course of treatment.The total of this therapeutic method were required 6 courses.Before and after the treatment,the modified Ashworth scale was used to evaluate the muscle tension of the lower limbs,and the Gross Motor Function Measure^[7]?GMFM?was used to assess the gross motor function of the children.Result:1.Safety analysisSome patients treated with scalp acupuncture combined with cerebral circulation therapy device have found a little bleeding after needle were removed.The dried cotton ball can effectively stop bleeding after being pressed;and there is no dizziness,nausea,sweating,convulsions,faint performance,swelling during tre0atment.Non-Subcutaneous blood stasis,dislocation,fracture,limited mobility and other accidents happen.No changes in body temperature,respiratory,pulse,heart rate and other vital signs in blood,urine,stool and other physiological indicators.The results showed that the scalp acupuncture combined with cerebral circulation therapy device is highly secured for the health of children with spastic cerebral palsy.2.Comparison of changes in muscle toneThere was no significant difference in the muscle tension scores between the two groups before treatment?P>0.05?,which was comparable.There were significant differences in the muscle tension scores between the two groups after treatment?P<0.05?,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant?P<0.05?,suggesting that the observation group and the control group from the Spastic diplegia children.The muscle tension of children with cerebral palsy were decreased,while the decline of the observation group was more obvious.3.Comparison of gross motor function scoresThere was no significant difference in the gross motor function scores between the two groups before treatment?P>0.05?,which could be compared.After treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant?P<0.05?,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant?P<0.05?,suggesting that the observation group and the control group were improved significantly in Spastic diplegia.The cerebral palsy has a curative effect on the gross motor function,while the observation group is more effective.4.Comparison of TCM syndrome pointsThere was no significant difference in the total scores of the symptoms between the two groups before treatment?P>0.05?,which could be compared.After treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant?P<0.05?.There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment?P<0.05?.The scores of the observation group improved more,indicating that the observation group and the control group both have an effective enhanced in TCM symptoms,while the observation group is more effective.Conclusion:When the scalp acupuncture combined with cerebral circulation therapy device is used to treat children with spastic cerebral palsy,it has several obvious curative effects in reducing muscle tension;improving gross motor function;improving TCM syndrome score.All with high safety during processing.It is an efficient clinical treatment for Spastic diplegia and cerebral palsy of children.
