| With the improvement of living standards, individuals’ basic survival problems have been solved.Maintaining health has become the primary concern for people. However, health problems are challenged in many ways, such as aging increase, chronic diseases, and sub-healthy state.Effective health management services help people reduce the risk of illness, improve the quality of life, reduce medical costs and alleviate the shortage of medical resources. However, maintaining health requires long-term unremitting efforts and requires users to continue to use mobile health management services.Furthermore,it is also important for providers of mobile health management services, because the success of services is determined by users’ continuous usage. Therefore, studying the continuous usage of mobile health management services has both theoretical and practical significance. The theoretical foundation of this study is the Elaboration Likelihood Model(ELM).Most of the research on ELM focuses on cognitive factors, but in the health context of this study, affective factors are also one of the important factors that influence users’ attitudes toward health management services. Therefore, this paper uses affective factors as the peripheral route in the ELM.According to the ELM,individuals’ ability and motivation moderate the influence of the central route and the peripheral route on the users’ attitude.Since health consciousness represents individuals’ motivation to improve health, this study uses health consciousness as a moderating variable. To test the research model,an online survey was conducted. Results show that: 1)perceived service quality has a positive impact on the attitude toward mobile health management services;2)perceived enjoyment has a positive impact on the attitude toward mobile health management services;3)health consciousness plays a positive moderating role on the relationship between perceived service quality and attitude;4)attitude positively impacts the continuance use intention of the mobile health management services. Finally, theoretical and practical contributions and limitations are discussed. |
