In recent years, the contradiction between doctors and patients and the deterioration of doctor-patient conflicts caused by the disharmony between doctors and patients are particularly prominent.Frequent medical incidents have had a serious impact on the normal medical order, and have also caused concern and heated discussion from all walks of life.Domestic medical and health fields and all walks of life in society have begun to focus on the phenomenon of disharmony in the relationship between doctors and patients.Scholars from all walks of life have actively explored the difficulties and focal points in the relationship between doctors and patients in multiple perspectives and multiple dimensions. In fact, the relationship between doctors and patients is complementary and interdependent. The presence of patients can reflect the value of doctors. The existence of doctors can guarantee the health of patients.Patient's adoption of information provided by doctors plays a very important role in the medical process.Based on the grounded theory, this paper uses Nvivo11 software to organize the interview data and mine the influencing factors of patient information adoption behavior. With reference to a large number of domestic and foreign research literatures, combined with the dual path model,it is constructed from the two perspectives of information quality and source credibility. The theoretical model of influencing factors of patient information adoption behavior;468 valid questionnaires were obtained through questionnaire survey, and the reliability and validity of the data were tested by SPSS22.0.After the reliability and validity met the standard requirements, was used SmartPLS3.28 Perform a partial least squares structural equation model analysis on the theoretical model constructed. The universality of quantification combined with the depth of quality can more fully and truly reflect the factors that patients will consider when adopting the advice given by doctors. This model of combining qualitative research with quantitative research is a new attempt in the field of studying doctorpatient relationships. The results show that:(1)information quality and source credibility have a significant positive impact on patients' perceived benefits.Source credibility significantly negatively affects patients' perceived risk, and information quality has a negative impact on patients' risk perception.Impact, but the results are not significant;(2)perceived risk significantly negatively affects the trust between doctors and patients, perceived benefits significantly positively affect the trust between doctors and patients;(3)doctors and patients trust significantly positively affect patients' adoption behavior(4)factors such as hospital grade, doctor's title, and doctor's professional level have greater influence on patient perceived risk and perceived benefit than information quality;(5)trust between doctors and patients is significantly affected by patient perceived benefit and perceived risk. The higher the level of trust between patients, the more likely patients are to adopt the doctor's advice. This paper puts forward some suggestions from the perspective of doctors and patients for the research results, which provides a reference for relieving the relationship between doctors and patients in the medical process, and provides reference for the improvement of medical services.
