| Objective: The subject used migraine patients as the research object, and used randomized controlled clinical research methods to stimulate combined sensitization in three different ways: acupuncture,heat-sensitive moxibustion, and acupuncture combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion.Acupoints(the coincidence point of force-sensitive and heat-sensitive acupoints),through the observation of patients’ pain, symptom relief and quality of life improvement, explore the best stimulation method of migraine combined with sensitized acupoints, and improve the curative effect of acupuncture on migraine for reference. Methods: 60 patients with migraine were randomly divided into three groups: force-sensitive acupuncture group,heat-sensitive moxibustion group, and force-sensitive acupuncture combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion group,20 cases in each group.First, find out all the complex sensitized acupoints of the patient. The force-sensitive acupuncture group is mainly composed of sensitized acupoints,Waiguan and Zulinqi are used as the matching points;all the sensitive sensitized acupoints detected by the force-sensitive acupuncture treatment, and the acupuncture points are used for ordinary acupuncture.Use the mild reinforcing-reducing method, and the needle is left for 30 minutes after arrival of qi.In the heat-sensitive moxibustion group, the two most sensitive ones were selected from the detected sensitized acupoints, and the heat-sensitive moxibustion was applied until the thermal phenomenon disappeared.force-sensitive acupuncture combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion group first selected all the sensitized acupoints to detect the acupuncture treatment, and the Waiguan and Zulinqi were used to perform acupuncture with acupuncture points, and use the mild reinforcing-reducing method. The most obvious one is the heat-sensitive moxibustion treatment. The acupuncture needle stays for 30 minutes, and the moxibustion to thermal phenomenon disappears. The above three groups were treated once a day for a total of 10 treatments. The migraine-specific quality of life questionnaire(MSQ)was used to record the quality of life of migraine patients. The McGill pain scale was used to record the patient’s pain level. The patient observation form was designed to record the patient’s basic information and PRI、VAS 、PPI、 McGill scores before and after treatment. As well as dysfunction, functional limitations, and emotional impact field scores were compared before and after treatment in each group, and comparisons between the two groups were made to observe the difference in efficacy of three different stimuli in the treatment of migraine. All statistical calculations were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 statistical software as a basis for the evaluation of three clinical efficacy.Result:1.Comparison of observation indicators before and after treatment:(1)Simplified McGill pain scale score: After treatment, the McGill total scores and PRI,VAS,and PPI scores of the three groups were significantly lower than those of the same group before treatment(P< 0.01).Acupuncture combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion had the best effect, followed by heat-sensitive moxibustion, both of which were superior to force-sensitive acupuncture(P<0.05).In terms of reducing VAS and PPI scores,force-sensitive acupuncture combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion and heat-sensitive moxibustion were superior to force-sensitive acupuncture(P<0.05).The difference between force-sensitive acupuncture and heat-sensitive moxibustion was not statistically significant.(P>0.05).(2)Migraine-specific quality of life questionnaire(MSQ scale)score: After treatment, the scores of the three groups of subjects in the areas of functional limitation, dysfunction and affective influence were significantly higher than those of the same group before treatment. The statistical significance(P<0.01);the force-sensitive acupuncture combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion group and heat-sensitive moxibustion group were equivalent(P>0.05),both of which were better than the force-sensitive acupuncture group(P<0.05).2.Comparison of clinical overall efficacy:After treatment, the healing rate of the force-sensitive acupuncture combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion group was 95%,which was significantly better than that of the heat-sensitive moxibustion group(65%)and the force-sensitive acupuncture group(P<0.05,P<0.01).The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Force-sensitive acupuncture,heat-sensitive moxibustion,force-sensitive acupuncture combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion have good curative effect on migraine;2.Heat-sensitive moxibustion and force-sensitive acupuncture combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion for migraine is better than force-sensitive acupuncture;3.Force-sensitive acupuncture combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion is the most suitable stimulation method for migraine combined with sensitized acupoints. |
