Clinical Study On Treatment Of High Resistance Of Uterine Artery In Patients With RSA By Dodder Yanlong Decoction And Low Molecular Weight Heparin

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of lowmolecular-weight heparin(control group),Dodder yanlong Decoction combined with low-molecular-weight heparin(treatment group)in the treatment of re-pregnancy women who were recurrent spontaneous abortion with abnormal uterine artery resistance index,including changes in clinical symptoms,changes in uterine artery resistance index,recurrence of miscarriage,etc..To provide a reference medication program for clinical treatment of such patients.Compare the differences in the adverse pregnancy outcomes between women who were given drug intervention and those who were normally bred.Methods: Thirty normal pregnant women who were examined at the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly selected.Sixty patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion who had abnormal uterine artery resistance index in re-pregnancy were randomly selected.Patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion were divided into two groups by random number table and given different drug intervention respectively.Control group(n=30),subcutaneous injection of 4100 U low-molecular-weight heparin qd;treatment group(n=30),combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction on the basis of the control group.Patients in both group were treated with progesterone and choriogonadotrophin according to their condition.It was the time to stop the drug when the resistance index of uterine artery was below 0.8 by two consecutive B-mode ultrasonography.If necessary,the duration of medication can exceed the previous abortion time of 2 weeks.Observe the changes of the clinical symptoms,signs,TCM syndrome scores,uterine artery resistance index and so on.Thirty patients of normal pregnancy group were given no drug intervention and the outcome of each pregnant woman was followed up.Results: The cure rate of the treatment group was 17.86%,and the total effective rate was 85.71%.The cure rate of the control group was 7.14%,and the total effective rate was 67.86%.The statistical analysis showed that the treatment group had overall treatment effect.In terms of the total score of TCM symptoms,the main symptoms were significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).There was a significant difference in the left and right side and mean uterine artery resistance index between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.01).The rate of recurrent miscarriage was lower in the treatment group than in the control group.The incidence of the number of weeks of delivery,mode of delivery,weight at birth,neonatal asphyxia,and the incidence of neonatal asphyxia were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: The abnormality of uterine artery resistance index in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion can effectively reduce the uterine artery resistance index and reduce the rate of re-abortion by early intervention with Dodder yanlong Decoction combined with low molecular weight heparin.The difference,the treatment of integrated Chinese and Western medicine is worthy of further promotion.
