Objective:To monitor uterine artery blood flow changes of patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA)by color Doppler ultrasonography, and explore the relationship between RSA and uterine artery blood flow, which may provide the guideline to clinical treatment for improving the pregnancy outcome.Materials and Methods:1.The differences of uterine artery blood flow parameters between the two groups were compared. The group A is comprised of 60 cases of non-pregnant women with RSA history in our hospital from 2017.05-2018.05.The group B is comprised of 60 cases of non-pregnant women without RSA history in our hospital from 2017.05-2018.05.The two groups would be measured the uterine artery blood flow parameter(PI,RI,S/D)in their luteal phase(menstrual 17-24 days).2.The differences of uterine artery blood flow parameters between the two groups were compared. The group C is comprised of 78 cases of early pregnancy women with RSA history in our hospital from 2017.05-2018.05.The group D is comprised of 78 cases of early pregnancyt women without RSA history in our hospital from 2017.05-2018.05.The two groups would be measured the uterine artery blood flow parameter(PI,RI,S/D)at 5-6 weeks of gestation.3.Among 78 cases of early pregnant women with RSA history,71 cases(Group G)were treated with low molecular weight heparin.Among them,15 cases had abortion. The difference of uterine artery blood flow parameters between the remaining 56 cases(Group E)and group F(Group D,11 cases had abortion, and the remaining 67 cases were Group F)at 12 weeks of gestation was compared.4.The differences of pregnancy complications(pregnancy hypertension, preeclampsia, gestational diabetes mellitus, premature rupture of membranes and polyhydramnios)and pregnancy outcomes(abortion, premature delivery, low birth weight infants and neonatal transfer to neonatal department)between the treatment group(G group)and the pregnancy control group(D group)without RSA history were compared.result:1.The uterine artery blood flow parameters of non-pregnant women with RSA history(group A)in luteal phase were significantly higher than those of non-pregnant women without RSA history(group B).There were significant differences in each parameter between the two groups(P < 0.01).2.The uterine artery blood flow parameters of early pregnant women with RSA history(group C)were significantly higher than those of early pregnant women without RSA history(group D).There were significant differences between the two groups(P < 0.01).3.There was no significant difference in uterine artery blood flow parameters between group E and group F at 12 weeks of gestation(P > 0.05).4.There was no significant difference in pregnancy complications and pregnancy outcomes between drug therapy group(G group)and pregnancy control group(D group)without RSA history(P > 0.05).Conclusion:1.The uterine artery blood flow parameters of non-pregnant women with RSA history were significantly higher than those of non-pregnant women without RSA history.Ultrasound detection of uterine artery blood flow parameters could be used for pre-pregnancy examination of such patients in order to detect abnormal uterine artery blood flow as soon as possible.2.The uterine artery blood flow parameters in early pregnancy with RSA history were significantly higher than those in early pregnancy without RSA history. The abnormal uterine artery blood flow was closely related to RSA,which may be one of the causes of unexplained recurrent abortion.3.Low molecular weight heparin can significantly reduce PI,RI and S/D of uterine artery blood flow in RSA patients with abnormal uterine artery blood flow and improve pregnancy outcomes.
