Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Hypertensive Renal Injury By Ziyin Latent Yang And Solid Kidney Tongluo Methods

Objective:To observe and evaluate the efficacy and safety of zhiyin latent Yang and solid kidney Tongluo in the treatment of early renal injury in hypertension.Method:In September 2017²018 September,the first affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese medicine was selected to meet the diagnostic criteria of early renal injury in hypertension,and 60 cases of outpatient and inpatient patients who belonged to the type of liver and kidney yin deficiency clamp and stasis syndrome.Randomly divided into treatment group,control group,the number of cases in both groups were 30 cases.The two groups of patients were given the same basic treatment:lifestyle intervention（salt-limiting diet,weight control,smoking cessation of alcohol,mood adjustment,etc.）and oral irbesartan（ambovir）hypotension.On this basis,the control group was treated with nephritis rehabilitation tablets（oral,1 days 3,1 times 5 tablets）,the treatment group in the basic treatment with zhiyin latent yang,solid kidney tongluo prescription treatment,decoction,daily take 1 doses,morning and evening 2 clothing,1 course of treatment 4 weeks,observe 2 courses of treatment.The changes of random blood pressure,symptom integral,signs and laboratory indexes in patients before and after treatment were observed,and the statistical analysis and comparison were carried out.Results:The first two groups of patients in the treatment of sex,age,course of disease,blood pressure（systolic and diastolic pressure）,TCM symptoms,urinary trace protein series,blood lipids,hemorheology indicators and renal blood flow and other aspects of the comparison,p>0.05,no statistically significant,comparable.1.After observing 2 courses of treatment,the results of this study showed that the clinical symptoms of TCM in the two groups were more relieved than before,but the total score of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,the effect was more obvious,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.01）.2.In terms of antihypertensive effect,the effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group（P<0.01）,and there were significant differences.3.Urine trace protein series in laboratory indicators（urinary microalbumin,urinary albumin/creatinine,urinary retinol binding protein,urinary a₁-MG、β₂-MG）And urinary N-acetyl-β-D glucosamine decreased significantly in the treatment group（p<0.01 or p<0.05）,and compared with the control group,there was a significant difference.The blood lipids（total cholesterol,triglycerides,HDL and LDL）,hemorheology（whole blood viscosity gauche,low cut of whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and fibrinogen）and serum glutathione C（Cys C）in the two groups were compared,The curative effect of the treatment group was significant（p<0.01 or p<0.05）,which was statistically different.ET in plasma-1,NO content improved before treatment（p<0.01）,IL-6And HS-CRP levels decreased from the previous（p<0.01）and were more significant with the improvement of the treatment group（p<0.01）.4.Compared with renal blood flow parameters（peak velocity,diastolic peak velocity and resistance index of ventricular artery contraction period）,the curative effect of treatment group was more advantageous and P<0.01,which was significantly different.Conclusion:The treatment of yin-yang and solid kidney tongluo combined with antihypertensive drugs can further improve the clinical symptoms of patients with early renal injury in hypertension,reduce patients’pain,effectively control blood pressure,reduce urinary trace protein,improve renal blood flow rate and blood rheological State,protect renal function,the treatment effect is more obvious,and safe and reliable,It provides new evidence for TCM diagnosis and treatment of early renal injury in hypertension.
