Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Ziyin Qianyang Tongluo Prescription On Hypertension(Yin Deficiency And Yang Hyperactivity Syndrome)

ObjectivesTo observe the clinical effect of Ziyin Qianyang Tongluo Recipe in treating hypertension of yin deficiency and yang excess,and to explore the effectiveness and mechanisms of treating hypertension of yin deficiency and yang excess according to the theory of collateral disease,to provide a new idea and theoretical basis for TCM intervention of hypertension.MethodsAccording to the diagnostic criteria,50 patients with yin-deficiency and yang-excess hypertension(all from January 2020 to January 2020)were randomly divided into Treatment Group(N=25)and Control Group(N=25).Amlodipine besylate tablets were given to the treatment group and the Control Group.The treatment group was given Ziyin Qianyang Tongluo Recipe on the basis of the control group,1 dose a day,decoct 300 ml in water,divided into morning and evening.Both groups were treated for 3 weeks.After the course of treatment,the changes of blood pressure,TCM symptom score,High-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),homocysteine(HCY)and other indexes were observed in the two groups,and the related data were analyzed by statistical software to make a unified evaluation of the clinical effect of the treatment.Result1.Analysis of general data before treatment(table1～table6):Before treatment,the two groups of cases had no statistically significant differences in the distribution of gender,age,course of disease,TCM individual symptom scores and total syndrome scores,ambulatory blood pressure,and serological indicators after testing(P>0.05),and they were comparable.A total of 49 cases were collected in the two groups,and 1 case fell off in the control group during the treatment.2.Ambulatory blood pressure comparison(table 7):In the comparison of ambulatory blood pressure(24h SBP,24 h DBP,24 h SBPV 、 24 h DBPV),after treatment,the test results of the two groups were improved to a certain extent(P<0.05).After treatment,the test results of the treatment group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).In terms of the effect of lowering blood pressure(table 11),After treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group: 64.0%;the effective rate of the control group: 20.8%.The results of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group.After testing,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Serum index evaluation(table 8～table 9):In terms of serum index analysis(hs-CRP,HCY),after treatment,the results of the two groups were improved to a certain extent(P<0.05).After treatment,the test results of the treatment group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).4.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores(Table 10): In terms of TCM individual symptom score and TCM syndrome total scores,after treatment,the observation results of the two groups showed a downward trend compared with before treatment(P<0.05).The improvement of palpitations in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group,P<0.01,the difference was statistically significant;The improvement of TCM syndrome total scores in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;the treatment group was better than the control group in the improvement of dizziness,waist and knee weakness,five upset fever,tinnitus symptoms,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;However,the symptoms of head pain,insomnia,and amnesia improved the same in the two groups,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.In terms of the efficacy of TCM syndromes(Table 12),after treatment,the effective rate in the treatment group was 92.00%;the effective rate in the control group was 62.50%.The results of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group.After testing,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion1.Ziyin Qianyang Tongluo Recipe has a good therapeutic effect on blood pressure control in hypertension patients with Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity,and can effectively alleviate the patients related TCM clinical symptoms.2.Ziyin Qianyang Tongluo Recipe can reduce the vascular endothelial function damage and reduce the incidence of cardiovascular risk events by reducing the serum indexes(HCY,hs-CRP)of patients with hypertension of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity.
