Objective: the purpose of this study was to further understand the knowledge of AIDS among college students in Tianjin,their sexual behaviors and attitudes,and to explore appropriate ways for the prevention and control of AIDS on campus,so as to provide scientific basis for the improvement of AIDS publicity and education.Methods: a cross-sectional survey was conducted in this study,in which 29 out of 56 colleges and universities in Tianjin were selected.A cluster random sampling method was adopted to select 500 classes for online questionnaire survey.The selected classes were contacted with their monitor and league branch secretary,and the QR code of the questionnaire was promoted to the class group.Students scanned the QR code through their mobile phones to fill in the questionnaire,and submitted the results directly to the network.The respondents were anonymous throughout the survey.Due to the relatively sensitive content involved,logical verification was carried out in the questionnaire design to avoid wrong filling and missing filling.Before the survey,I explained the significance of the survey to the class leaders,and told them to fill in anonymously to eliminate students’ concerns about information disclosure.In data analysis,statistical software is used to clean up the data and eliminate unqualified questionnaires,so as to ensure the authenticity and objectivity of the survey data.After checking the data,IBM SPSS 24.0 software was used for statistical description and analysis,and test level =0.05 was selected.Comparison of counting data between groups was conducted by chi-square test.Univariate and multivariate logistic regression were used to analyze the influencing factors of AIDS knowledge,sexual attitude and sexual behavior.Results: 52.4% of the 13086 students were male and 47.6% female.The mean age was 19.75 2.957 years.Heterosexuals accounted for 91.5 % of the total,and homosexuals or bisexuals 8.5 %.In terms of knowledge of HIV/AIDS prevention and control,10,804 people(82.6%)reached the standard of knowledge of HIV/AIDS in this survey.Standard in the crowd,boys(84.8%),the Hannese(82.7%),vocational,college or university(82.9%),and married or unmarried cohabitation(82.8%),heterosexual higher percentage(83.1%),medical professional higher rate(87.1%)than(83.5%),3(81.1%),arts bodies(79.7%)and other professional type,the above differences were statistical significance,P < 0.01).On the attitude toward AIDS,Students of reaching the standard allows the proportion of HIV-infected people and patients continue to work(44.9%)than students of not reaching the standard(21.0%),Students of reaching the standard willing to continued proportion(53.5%)than students of not reaching the standard(31.1%),Students of reaching the standard think that school should set the proportion of condom distribution machine(60.0%)than students of students of not reaching the standard(35.7%),the above differences were statistical significance,P < 0.01).The survey,a total of 8683 students received sex education school focus group,accounting for 66.4%,in the school sex education of students,girls(67.3%)is slightly higher than boys(65.5%),aged 30 or higher proportion(85.0%)was higher than other age groups,the proportion of technical secondary school or high school students(77.6%)higher than that of higher vocational college or university(66.0%),medical students a higher rate(79.0%)than(64.3%),3(69.1%),arts bodies(66.8%)and other professional types,The proportion of married or cohabiting persons(83.9%)was higher than that of unmarried persons(65.9%),and that of heterosexual persons(66.9%)was higher than that of homosexual and bisexual persons(60.3%).In addition to the centralized organization of the school,the proportion of the channels for students to acquire AIDS knowledge is from high to low in order: network(75.2%),books,magazines and brochures(65.5%),publicity column(65.5%),school teachers(65.0%),movies and TV(47.8%),classmates and friends(43.6%),parents(19.6%).The choice of ways to know whether one is infected with AIDS is from high to low,followed by hospital consultation and testing(88.9%),CDC consultation and testing(79.4%),online or drugstore reagent self-examination(24.6%),and voluntary blood donation(21.8%).In terms of sexual attitudes,77.4 % of those with more open sexual attitudes and 22.6 % of those with more conservative sexual attitudes.In terms of attitude towards AIDS,the proportion of those who were more open about sex to allow hiv-infected people and patients to continue to work(43.3%)was higher than those who were conservative(31.9%),the proportion of those who were open to continue to work(51.8%)was higher than those who were conservative(42.0%),and the proportion of those who thought schools should set up condom dispensing machines(60.8%)was higher than those who were conservative(38.6%).The above differences were statistical significance(P < 0.01).149 had used drugs,or 1.1%,and 54 had had unprotected sex,or 0.4%,with commercial or temporary partners.Male proportion(11.9%)than women(5.7%),age < 20(6.3%)and 20 to 29(13.1%),and 30 or higher percentage increase(30.8%),technical secondary school or high school(27.1%)and a higher rate(27.6%)than other students of higher vocational and junior college or university students(8.3%),arts bodies class students a higher rate(18.0%)than(8.2%),3(11.1%),medical(7.6%),and other professional students(8.0%),The proportion of married or cohabiting people(49.9%)was higher than divorced or widowed people(7.7%)and unmarried people(26.1%),the proportion of heterosexual people(8.2%)was lower than that of homosexual or bisexual people(17.4%),the proportion of sexually open people(11.5%)was higher than that of sexually conservative people(0.2%),the above differences were statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion: sex education in schools in Tianjin has not been fully covered,and the awareness rate of AIDS among young students needs to be improved.Improving the availability of condoms on campus is the simplest and most effective way to promote safe sex and reduce the occurrence of unsafe sex.This survey shows that there is still a certain proportion of people may be through the the way of voluntary blood donation to understand the AIDS test results,the relevant departments should further improve the attention to the safety of blood and blood products,strengthen monitoring and management,to ensure the safety of clinical blood.
