| Biological tissue is a complex object composed of fat,protein,water and so on.Different biological organization owns different electrical,acoustic and others.If the structure information of the organism tissue can be obtained accurately and quickly,the mechanism of the interaction,development and transformation of the internal tissues can be fully understood.Finally the lesions can be detected and diagnosed accurately.As two visual measurement techniques,electrical and ultrasound imaging have no nuclide or radiation to the human body,and have a wide range of application prospects in the field of medicine.The human abdomen is a complex object made up of a variety of media.In order to realize the integration of different information obtained from electrical and ultrasound tests and improve the accuracy of the reconstructed image,the mechanism of electrical and ultrasonic imaging based on human abdomen is researched and discussed.The main work of the research includes:(1)The related research work and progress of electrical and ultrasonic imaging are summarized and analyzed.Aiming at the demand of biomedical imaging test,the research work of electric and ultrasonic dual-mode imaging is proposed.(2)A human abdomen model is established according to biomedical research results.According to the measurement of sensitive field,the numerical simulation analysis is carried out.The characteristics of electric field distribution and ultrasonic propagation in biological tissues are obtained.(3)Based on the establishment of electrical and ultrasonic sensitive field,the optimization of sensor distribution is carried out.The reciprocity theorem is used to obtain the electrical sensitive field distribution.The interference method is used to obtain the ultrasonic sensitive field distribution.The results of analysis of the complementarity of the two modal sensitive fields show that the two-mode test can get more comprehensive information.(4)Based on the characteristics of tissue media and structural features,numerical simulation data were used to conduct electrical and ultrasound imaging of abdominal lesions.The image reconstruction results conducted from different types of lesions proved that the electrical imaging is good at imaging the lesion at the liver and boundary regions,while ultrasound imaging is good at imaging the lesion at the kidney and center regions. |
