Problems And Countermeasures Of Secondary Vocational Nursing Education Development In Shanghai Under The New Situation Of Talent Supply And Demand

Shanghai nursing education from the 1960 s began secondary nursing vocational education dominated the transition to the present secondary,advanced,undergraduate and master coexistence of multi-level school structure.With the enrollment expansion of higher education institutions in the late 1990 s and the rising of enrollment in ordinary high schools,the development of secondary vocational nursing education has come to a low ebb.Since the beginning of this century,the state began to attach importance to vocational and technical education.The development of nursing education in secondary vocational education in Shanghai has made great progress.It has once again trained a large number of nursing personnel in major medical and health departments of the city.And then with the transformation and upgrading of the health care industry to improve the admission system of nursing personnel,supply and demand of qualified personnel under the new situation of Shanghai secondary vocational education fell into a trough again,a number of district health care schools have been transformed into district health system training center,lost Nursing personnel training function.In the context of social development,people’s health needs are getting higher and higher,Shanghai nursing talent gap is serious,how todevelop secondary vocational nursing education?In this paper,we use the methods of literature,investigation and comparative study to do a more in-depth analysis of the current forms of secondary nursing vocational education in Shanghai,how to nurture nursing personnel and how to guide the government policies.Using the theory of human resources supply chain,vocational education theory and government behavior,this paper puts forward the research on the problems and countermeasures of the development of nursing education in secondary vocational schools in Shanghai from the macroscopic perspective.It aims at providing guidance for the development of nursing education in secondary vocational schools in Shanghai,Shanghai nursing talent gap provides a serious solution.This article consists of five parts,the introduction focuses on the background and significance of the study,the content and train of thought,as well as research methods.The first chapter gives an overview of the development of nursing education in secondary vocational education in Shanghai in the new situation.It expounds the connotation and characteristics of the new situation of talent supply and demand.The theoretical basis for the research of this thesis is discussed based on the concepts and concepts of nursing education.The second chapter is about the current nursing education in secondary vocational schools and the current situation of supply and demand of nurses.Through the application of survey methods such as data,literature and comparative analysis,the current situation of supply and demand of nurses in our country is analyzed,especially the supply and demand of nurses in Shanghai.The research provides a realistic basis.The third chapter focuses on the problems and causes in the development of nursing education in secondary vocational schools in Shanghai in the new situation.It mainly analyzes the current situation,achievements and existing problems of nursing education in secondary vocational schools in Shanghai.Chapter Four: The countermeasures of the development of nursing education in secondary vocational schools in Shanghai in the new situation.Based on the research contents of the above chapters,this chapter provides suggestions on the development of nursing education in secondary vocational schools in Shanghai fromfour aspects: first,government policy;Second,the characteristics of running a school to enhance the competitiveness of vocational nursing education;Third,school business move to adapt to the emerging needs of the emerging medical industry talent;Fourth,improve nurses training model to comprehensively improve secondary vocational nursing talent.The innovation of this paper is a systematic and objective history and current situation of Shanghai vocational nursing vocational education and the status of Shanghai nursing talents supply and demand statistics and analysis to find the problems encountered in secondary vocational nursing development and put forward corresponding Measures to provide some suggestions for the development of nursing education in secondary vocational schools in Shanghai and to provide some suggestions for alleviating the gap in nursing personnel in Shanghai in order to promote the pace of Shanghai’s healthy city development.
