Occupational safety and health management has aroused great attention from the state and society.Occupational safety and health management have become an important factor in measuring the overall management level of an enterprise.Occupational safety and health behavior of employees will directly affect the overall level of enterprises,and affect the government's effectiveness in the management of safety and health issues.Therefore,the occupational safety and health behavior of employees has gradually attracted the attention of the community.However,in the current research on occupational safety and health management,most scholars started from a macro perspective to discuss the safety and health governance models and policies in a region or even a country.Few scholars started from the perspective of employees and studied the structure of occupational safety and health behaviors of employees.In addition,this paper explores the antecedent variables of attitudes and seeks to find a more stable and deeper foundation below attitudes.Therefore,this article starts with the employee's occupational safety and health attitudes,firstly analyzes the influence of deeper levels of values such as maturity of values and temperament on attitude,establishes a model of basis of occupational safety and health attitudes,then explores the relationship between employees' occupational safety and health attitudes and behaviors,and introduces psychological empowerment as a regulation to build an occupational safety and health attitude.-behavioral model.As a research hotspot in the field of organizational behavior,psychological empowerment plays a key role in the process of influencing employee behavior.Therefore,the psychological empowerment is integrated into the employee's occupational safety and health attitude-behavior process to provide appropriate orientations and perspectives for organizations to carry out relevant interventions to improve occupational safety and health.On the basis of combing related literature at home and abroad,based on relevant literature research and expert consultation and questionnaire survey and analysis,this paper explored the influence of the basis of occupational safety and health attitudes on occupational safety and health attitudes and then explored the relationship between occupational safety and health attitudes.The variable of psychological empowerment was introduced to explore the relationship between occupational safety and health attitudes and behaviors.First of all,this article studies the deep foundations of occupational safety and health attitudes: value maturity,evasion temperament,and related influencing factors in the organizational and social levels.It explored the core connotations and structural dimensions of various variables;secondly,and did descriptive analysis of occupational safety and health attitudes and behaviors and psychological empowerment mainly,including the overall distribution of variables,the differences in demographic variables/family characteristics variables/organizational work variables,besides,The impact of values maturity,temperament and social organizational factors on occupational safety and health attitudes was studied,the relationship between occupational safety and health attitudes and occupational safety and health behaviors was explored,finally,the impact of psychological empowerment between occupational safety and health attitudes and behaviors was investigated.In the study of the basic model of occupational safety and health attitudes,the following conclusions have been obtained:(1)Firstly,we explored the dimensions of each core variable: values maturity can be divided into three levels: personal interest,laws and regulations,and individual principles.The evasion temperament consists of three dimensions: reward response,spiritual pursuit,and avoidance tendency;employees The occupational safety and health attitude consists of two dimensions: occupational safety and health awareness and occupational safety and health.(2)In the exploration of the impact of the maturity of values on occupational safety and health attitudes,it was found that the maturity of values has a significant positive predictive effect on occupational safety and health attitudes.The higher the value maturity,the higher the occupational safety and health attitude mean value.Value maturity has no significant predictive effect on occupational safety and health awareness,and has a significant positive predictive effect on occupational safety and health.(3)In the exploration of the influence of temperament on occupational safety and health attitudes,it was found that the temperament of avoidance and its various dimensions have a significant positive predictive effect on occupational safety and health attitudes.The predictive effect from the greatest to the smallest is reward response,spiritual pursuit and avoidance tendency.(4)The impact of organizational and social factors on occupational safety and health attitudes has revealed that organizational-level influence factors have a positive predictive effect on occupational safety and health attitudes.Among them,reward and punishment systems and group pressures can positively predict occupational safety and health attitudes.That is,the greater the perceived rewards and penalties of employees perceived by employees,the greater the perceived pressure of group normative behavior and the greater the average value of their occupational safety and health attitudes.From the perspective of society,the stronger the occupational safety and health culture perceived by employees,the more perfect the security system,and the higher the occupational safety and health attitude of employees.In the study of the occupational safety and health attitude-behavior model,the following conclusions have been obtained:(1)Firstly,we explored the dimensions of each core variable: employees' occupational safety and health behaviors consist of three dimensions,which specifically include occupational safety and health mission behaviors,occupational safety and health peripheral behavior,and occupational safety and health citizenship behavior;and employees' psychological authorization It consists of three dimensions,including three dimensions of work efficiency,autonomy and work impact.(2)After one-way ANOVA analysis of employees' occupational safety and health attitudes and behaviors,it was found that the occupational safety and health attitudes of employees differed from their occupational safety and health behaviors in demographic variables/family characteristics variables/organizational work variables;Women's occupational safety and health attitudes are higher than men's occupational safety and health attitudes;employees aged 45-54 have the highest average occupational safety and health attitudes and occupational safety and health behaviors;employees with more harmonious relationships with their families have an occupational safety and health attitude.The more active the performance is,the higher the occupational safety and health attitude and behavior of the grassroots management personnel;the more the family population,the higher the occupational safety and health attitude and behavior of the employees;the more stable the labor relationship,the occupational safety and health attitudes of the laborers.The more active the occupational safety and health performance is.(3)In the exploration of the relationship between occupational safety and health attitudes of employees and occupational safety and health behaviors,we found that occupational safety and health attitudes can significantly positively predict occupational safety and health behaviors,that is,the more active occupational safety and health attitudes,the more likely occupational safety and health behaviors will occur.Occupational safety and health awareness as well as occupational safety and health sensibility can make significant positive predictions of occupational safety and health behaviors,and the prediction of occupational safety and health is stronger than that of occupational safety and health.(4)In the exploration of the relationship between mental empowerment and occupational safety and health attitudes and occupational safety and health behaviors,it was found that there is no moderating effect of mental empowerment between occupational safety and health attitudes and behaviors;but psychological empowerment occurs between occupational safety and health emotions and occupational safety and health behaviors.Finally,based on the relevant conclusions of this article and relevant theories,with the aim of regulating the occupational safety and health attitudes of employees and improving their occupational safety and health behavioral levels,this paper proposes dynamic management strategies for employees from the individual level and organization level of the employees.The grooming strategy and psychological authorization concern strategy provide reference suggestions for the organization of occupational safety and health management.
