Objective:To explore the relationships between the familial aggregation hypertension liver fire hyperactivity syndrome patients and total cholesterol,triglyceride,high-density lipoprotein,low-density lipoprotein, apolipoprotein A,apolipoprotein B,blood uric acid, fasting plasma glucose, age, smoking index, body mass index, dietary conditions, mental stress, exercise status, drinking status. Finally, the unique risk factors of the familial aggregation hypertension liver fire hyperactivity syndrome are found, which can provide new ideas and objective theoretical basis for Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and early intervention. Methods:Select 183 patients with essential hypertension who met the inclusion criteria of our hospital's medical examination center from Feb.to Dec.2018.They were divided into 3 groups, each group consisting of 61 cases, which were the familial aggregation hypertension liver fire hyperactivity syndrome group(observation group),the familial aggregation hypertension non-liver fire hyperactivity syndrome group(control group 1)and hypertension liver fire hyperactivity syndrome without family history(control group 2).We used questionnaires and collected test results to obtain total cholesterol,triglycerides,high-density lipoprotein,low-density lipoprotein, apolipoprotein A,apolipoprotein B,blood uric acid, fasting blood glucose, age, smoking.Index, body mass index, diet, mental stress, exercise status, drinking status and other related information, and using SPSS20.0 statistical software for chi-square test,t test or rank sum test, logistic regression analysis, and the results.Results:1.The three groups can obtain the results by chi-square test: the blood pressure le vels of the three groups are inconsistent, the size is: observation group> control group 2> control group 1,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group age is less than In the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P ? 0.05);there was no significant difference in gender between the three groups.2.The three groups were obtained by t test or rank sum test. The results showed that: the apolipoprotein B in the observation group was higher than the control group 1 and the control group 2,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The observation group had higher triglyceride than the control group 1(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group 2(P>0.05);The total cholesterol in the observation group was higher than that in the control group 1,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the total cholesterol in the observation group and the control group 2,the difference was not nstatistically significant(P>0.05).There were not difference between high-density lipoprotein,low-density lipoprotein, fasting plasma glucose, uric acid and apolipoprotein A in the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).3.Logistic regression analysis of the three groups showed that compared with the control group 1,high mental stress(OR=6.231,95% CI=2.953~ 13.149,P<0.05)may be the main risk factor in the observation group, the patients in the observation group. It has the characteristics of being thin, having a small proportion of edible fat and a large proportion of edible vegetables.Compared with the control group 2,the mental stress(OR=1.984,95% CI=1.133~3.474,P<0.05)may be the main risk factor in the observation group. Conclusion:Compared with the familial aggregation hypertension non-liver fire hyperactivity syndrome group and hypertension liver fire hyperactivity syndrome without family history, patients with the familial aggregation hypertension liver fire hyperactivity syndrome group have more nervousness, higher blood pressure level, and younger age.Apolipoprotein B may be a characteristic indicator of the onset of the familial aggregation hypertension liver fire hyperactivity syndrome group.
