| PurposeBy analyzing the relationship among TNM stage,physique and syndrome type of gastric cancer,this paper provides reference basis for the prevention and treatment of gastric cancer.MethodsThe patients with gastric cancer diagnosed in the Department of General surgery and spleen and stomach of Fujian second people’s Hospital from July 2017 to January 2019 were selected.Fill in the general,TCM syndrome differentiation scale,TCM physique judgment and other related scales before operation.The pathological data of patients were collected after operation.Through statistical analysis,the relationship between TNM stage,TCM syndrome type and physique of gastric cancer was discussed.Results1.A total of 153 cases were collected,most of them were 45 years old and 59 years old,most of them were male.2.The distribution of pathological TNM stages was the highest in stage Ⅲ(about 50.98%),followed by stage Ⅱ,stage Ⅳ and stage Ⅰ.3.Distribution of TCM syndrome:deficiency of both qi and blood,accounting for 33.99%,followed by syndrome of stagnation of qi and blood stasis,syndrome of liver qi invading stomach,syndrome of deficiency of spleen and stomach,syndrome of heat injury of stomach,syndrome of phlegm-dampness coagulation.4.The distribution of TCM syndrome types was different in different pathological TNM stages(P < 0.01).The liver qi invading stomach syndrome was main in stage Ⅰ,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome in stage Ⅱ,deficiency of both qi and blood in stage Ⅲ,deficiency of both qi and blood and cold syndrome of deficiency of spleen and stomach in stage Ⅳ.In stage Ⅰ,stage Ⅱ,the majority of patients were diagnosed as deficiency syndrome,while in stage Ⅲ,stage Ⅳ,patients were more commonly seen as deficiency syndrome.5.The distribution of traditional Chinese medicine constitution:Qi deficiency,qi depression,yang deficiency,followed by yin deficiency,blood stasis,phlegm and dampness,damp and heat,this study has not collected a level quality and a special quality.6.There were differences in TCM constitution in different TNM stages(P < 0.01).Qi stagnation was most common in stage Ⅰ,qi depression and blood stasis in stage Ⅱ,Qi deficiency and yang deficiency in stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ.7.Qi deficiency and Yang deficiency were correlated with Qi and blood deficiency syndrome(P < 0.05).Qi stagnation and blood stasis were correlated with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome(P < 0.05).Qi stagnation,dampness and heat were correlated with the syndrome of liver qi invading stomach(P < 0.05).Qi deficiency and Yang deficiency were correlated with spleen-stomach deficiency and cold syndrome(P < 0.05).Conclusion1.Most of the patients with gastric cancer were male,and the high incidence age group was 45 to 59 years old.2.There is a certain correlation among pathological TNM stages,physique and syndrome types of gastric cancer.3.Pathological staging of gastric carcinoma is more common in TNM Ⅲ stage.TCM syndrome type is liver qi invading stomach syndrome,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,qi blood deficiency syndrome,spleen and stomach deficiency cold syndrome are common.In the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine,the deficiency syndrome is more common.Qi-stagnation,Yang-deficiency,Qi-deficiency for gastric cancer susceptible constitution.4.There was correlation between TNM stage and TCM syndrome in gastric cancer: liver qi invading stomach syndrome in stageⅠ,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome in stage Ⅱ,deficiency of both qi and blood in stage Ⅲ,deficiency of both qi and blood in stageⅣ and syndrome of deficiency of spleen and stomach in stage Ⅳ.With the development of the course of disease,the diagnosis turned to the deficiency-real inclusion or deficiency syndrome,which appeared in stage Ⅲ,and in stage Ⅳ,it was mainly due to deficiency syndrome.The development of the disease from light to serious reflects the law of evil and positive growth and decline in the process of disease.5.There was a correlation between TNM stage of gastric cancer and TCM constitution: Qi stagnation was most common in stageⅠ,qi stagnation and blood stasis were more common in stage Ⅱ,Qi deficiency and yang deficiency were more common in stage Ⅲ and stage Ⅳ.It can be seen that constitution in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer,due to its pathological changes,and appeared different transformation.6.The TCM syndrome type of gastric cancer has correlation with TCM constitution: deficiency of Qi and blood,deficiency of spleen and stomach and cold of spleen and stomach,Yang deficiency and deficiency of both qi and blood,deficiency of spleen and stomach and deficiency of cold in spleen and stomach,Qi stagnation and stagnation of qi and blood stasis,liver qi invading stomach,and qi stagnation and blood stasis,Qi stagnation and stagnation of qi and blood stasis,and liver qi invading stomach.Blood stasis is closely related to qi stagnation and blood stasis.There is a certain connection between physique and syndrome type,and there is a certain intersection between the two in the occurrence of the same disease. |
