| PurposeObserved the group wearing the Orthokeratology group(here inafter referred to as the wearing group),wearing the Orthokeratology combined with the reinforcing-reducingmethod by twirling needle group(here inafter referred to as the twisted group),Wearing the Orthokeratology combine with the reinforcing-reducing method by lifting-thrustingneedle group(here inafter referred to as the lifting-thrusting group).Observation for thetreatment of adolescents myopia before treatment and after 1 month,after 3 months of treatment,compare the efficacy of visual acuity before and after treatment in the three groups.Compare the therapeutic advantages of the three treatments.Further explore the clinical efficacy of combined Chinese and Western medicine treatment for adolescents myopia patients.MethodAccording to the diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria of juvenile myopia,a total of 180 eyes of adolescents from the People's Hospital Affiliated toFujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 20 to December 2018 were screened and collected(including 46 males,46 females,the youngest was 8 years old and the oldest was 17 years old).Randomly divided into wearing group(30 cases of 60 eyes),twisting group(31 cases of 60 eyes),lifting-thrusting group(31 cases of 60 eyes),wearing group only wearing the Orthokeratology in night.the twisted group in based of wearing the Orthokeratology in night,using the reinforcing-reducing method by twirling needle to stimulate the eye acupoint during the day,and the lifting-thrustinggroup is applied to reinforcing-reducing methods by lifting-thrusting needle during the daytime.In the all groups,acupuncture points like Yangbai,Tongziliao,Cuanzhu,Sizhukong,Sibai,Jingming,Chengqi and Taiyang were used,3 times for 1 week,12 times for 1 course of treatment;a total of 3 courses of treatment,comparing the clinical efficacy of the three groups and the changes in far vision of the naked eyes in before and after treatment.And the data was analyzed and processed in using SPSS20.0 software.Result1.Comparison of general conditions before the treatment:There were no significantdifferences in age,gender,and number of cases between the three groups(P>0.05).2.The differences of naked eye far vision in three groups after 1 month of treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference of Naked eye far vision in the three groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of Naked eye far vision in the two groups was better than the wearing group.There was no difference between the twiste group and the lifting-thrusting group(P<0.05).Here thedifference of Naked eye far vision in the three groups after 3 months of the treatmentwas statistically significant The Naked eyes far vision improvement after 3 months of treatment in the twisted group and was better than the lifting-thrusting group.It shows that after 3 months of treatment,the twisted group improvement of far vision in naked eye is better than that the lifting-thrusting group.3.There was a statistically significant difference in the diopter between the three groups after treatment after the treatment of 1 month and 3 month(P<0.05).The improvement of diopter in the two groups was better than that in the simple wearing group.There was no difference between the twisted group and the lifting-thrusting group(P<0.05).The difference of diopter in the three groups after 3 month of treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).The diopter improvement after 3 months of treatment in the twisted group and was better than the lifting-thrusting group.It shows that after 3months of treatment,the twisted groups improvement of far vision in the naked eye is better than that the lifting-thrusting group.4.Comparison of overall efficacy: After treatment,the Naked eye far vision of all three groups improved,and the diopter decreased,indicating that the treatment was effective.After treatment,the visual acuity and diopter of the three groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall efficacy of the twisted and lifting-thrusting group was better than that of the wearing group.After 3 months of treatment and longer,the overall efficacy of the twisted group was better than that of the diarrhea group.Conclusion1.Wearing the Orthokeratology and combined with the reinforcing-reducing method by twirling needle and the reinforcing-reducing method by lifting-thrusting needle group can improve the Naked eye far vision of myopia adolescents,reduce the diopter and delay the development of myopia.2.Compared with the simple wearing of the Orthokeratology,the combined twisting andlifting-thrusting method is better for improving the Naked eye far vision of myopia adolescents.In a short period of time,there is no significant difference in the Naked eye far vision and diopter between the twisted and the lifting-thrusting.After a long time treatment,the combination of twisting needle stasis combined with Orthokeratology group was better than that of the combination of lifting-thrusting and Orthokeratology.It is suggested that acupuncture has a certain effect on improving the vision of myopia adolescents.and on the basis of Orthokeratology,it is more better to improve the visual acuity and reduce the diopter by twirling needle method. |
