Effect Of Ziyin Dingjing Decoction On Early Menstruation Of Yin Deficiency And Blood Heat Type

Objective The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical efficacy of Zi Yin Dingjing Decoction in the treatment of menstruation of yin deficiency and blood heat type,and to compare it with the control group(estradiol valerate combined with luteosterone).Objective to evaluate the effect of Zi Yin Dingjing Decoction on menstruation and clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)as well as the measurement of basic body temperature(BBT).Methods 60 cases of premenstrual period patients with yin deficiency and blood heat type were collected and randomly divided into two groups: treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The treatment group(n=30)was treated with Zi Yin Dingjing Decoction,and the control group(n=30)was treated with estrodiol valerate and progesterone.After 3 courses of treatment,we observed and compared the changes of menstruation and clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine before and after treatment between the two groups,as well as the changes of basic body temperature measurement of(BBT),and compared the curative effect between the two groups by statistical analysis.To observe and analyze the clinical effect of Ziyin Dingjing Decoction on the premenstrual period of yin deficiency and blood heat type.Results 1.Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in age distribution,duration of disease,menstrual cycle,TCM syndrome integral and basic body temperature(BBT)(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).2.The total effective rate of the two groups was 86.67% in the treatment group and 76.67% in the control group,there was no significant difference(P>0.05),indicating that the total effective rate of the two groups was the same.3.There was significant difference in regulating menstrual cycle between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that both groups can improve the menstrual cycle and have the same curative effect in regulating the menstrual cycle.4.In the improvement of TCM syndrome between the two groups,the scores of TCM syndromes between the two groups were compared and analyzed statistically.The results showed that there was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).Both groups can improve TCM syndrome,and the treatment group is better than the control group.5.There was a significant difference in the basal body temperature between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),which indicated that the basal body temperature level could be improved in the two groups and the curative effect was the same(P<0.05).6.During the medication,some of the patients in the control group had some adverse reactions(such as nausea,breast distension,somnolence,fatigue,etc.),but all of them could adhere to the medication.There were no adverse reactions in the treatment group,which showed that the side effects of the treatment group were smaller than those of the control group.7.Safety analysis: the blood,urine,fecal routine,liver and kidney function,ECG were normal in the two groups during the treatment,we can see that the two groups of treatment were safe.Conclusion Ziyin Dingjing Decoction was used to treat the pre-menstrual stage of yin deficiency and blood heat type,which was compared with the control group(estradiol valerate combined with luteosterone).The results showed that both groups could effectively improve the menstrual cycle and TCM syndromes,observe the improvement of basic body temperature level,the appearance of biphasic,the days of continuous high temperature phase increase.The treatment group is superior to the control group in improving TCM syndromes.
