Study On The Regularity Of Traditional Chinese Medicine For Chronic Renal Failure In Recent 20 Years Based On Data Mining

Objective By collecting the literature about the treatment of chronic renal failure by traditional Chinese medicine in the past 20 years,we will search for its medication regularity,and analyses the medication characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine in treating chronic renal failure,In order to guide the clinical medication and improve the clinical efficacy.Finally compare the medication rules in the past 20 years and discussed whether the diagnostic and therapeutic ideas of TCM for chronic renal failure have changed.Methods Through searching and collecting the related literature of TCM treatment of chronic renal failure in China HowNet,Wanfang database,Weipu and other electronic databases and Library Periodical resources,the article extracts the basic information,object of study,intervention measures,prescription composition and other data in the article and enters into the "Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistant System V2.5",through the frequency statistics method and improvement of the system.Mutual information method and entropy clustering analysis were used to obtain data information on the frequency distribution of drugs taken orally and externally in the treatment of chronic renal failure,meridian attribution,high frequency drug pairs and association rule analysis.The main efficacy of the above drugs was classified according to the relevant books such as Chinese Medicine and statistical analysis.Finally,the data of high frequency drugs,drug properties,meridian tropism and main efficacy in the past 10 years were compared andanalyzed.Results 1.A total of 392 cases of oral administration were collected,involving 271 kinds of drugs.The most frequently used drugs in oral administration were rhubarb,astragalus,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Poria cocos,angelica,Atractylodes macrocephala,Pinellia ternata,Ligusticum chuanxiong,dangshen,Achyranthes bidentata,etc.The high-frequency combination of drugs included 14 pairs of commonly used drugs such as "salvia miltiorrhiza,Astragalus miltiorrhiza,Poria cocos","astragalus,Poria cocos" and related to astragalus,Rhizoma chuanxiong,dangshen,Radix Atractylodis and Radix Paeoniae root.Drugs.Drug taste statistics belong to warm,cold,flat,sweet,bitter,bitter taste accounted for a higher proportion,drug meridian into the liver,spleen,kidney meridian.Among the main efficacy statistics,the drugs of tonifying deficiency,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis and clearing heat were the most frequently used.New combination results:30 new combinations of traditional Chinese medicine for internal administration of chronic renal failure were obtained.2.173 cases were treated by external therapy,involving 152 kinds of drugs.External treatment methods can be summarized into 8 kinds,among which retention enema with traditional Chinese medicine is the most common.The most frequently used drugs were rhubarb,oyster,dandelion,aconite,Salvia miltiorrhiza,safflower,sophora,Astragalus membranaceus,white horse bone and keel.The combination of high frequency medication includes five pairs of commonly used medicines such as dandelion,rhubarb,dandelion,Salvia miltiorrhiza,rhubarb and aconite,involving five medicines such as dandelion,rhubarb,Salvia miltiorrhiza,aconite and oyster.Drug taste is cold,warm and flat,bitter,sweet and bitter drugs are more,drug meridians into the liver,spleen and kidney meridians are the main.The most frequently used drugs are heat-clearing drugs,purgative drugs andBlood-activating and stasis-removing drugs.Results:15 new combinations of external treatment of chronic renal failure were obtained.3.Comparisons of medication regularity in the past 10 years:the same medicines in high frequency medicines of oral administration are:rhubarb,Astragalus membranaceus,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Poria cocos,Angelica sinensis,Pinellia ternata and Atractylodes macrocephala.The high frequency medicines in the first 10 years also include Codonopsis pilosula,Alisma orientalis,Radix Rehmanniae,etc.In the latter 10 years,high frequency medicines also include Ligusticum chuanxiong,Peony bark,Radix Paeonia The distribution of main efficacy was different(P<0.01)and the overall distribution was the same(P>0.05).The high-frequency medicines of external treatment were as follows:rhubarb,oyster,dandelion,aconite,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Sophora flower,Astragalus membranaceus,white horse bone,leonurus,cinnamon in the first 10 years,safflower,tuckahoe cocos and keel in the latter 10 years,and the overall distribution of four odors was different(P<0.01),the overall distribution of five flavors and meridians was the same(P >0.05);The distribution of main efficacy is the same(P> 0.05).Conclusion(1)Chronic renal failure is characterized by deficiency of qi,blood,Yin and yang,deficiency of qi,stagnation of blood stasis,heat toxin and dampness;the location of chronic renal failure is in kidney,which is closely related to liver,spleen and stomach.(2)TCM treatment of chronic renal failure is based on tonifying deficiency and purging excess,emphasizing purging excess,supplementing deficiency,and combining cold and warm.(3)Internal medication is most commonly used for tonifying Qi and blood,promoting blood circulation and regulating menstruation,clearing heat and cooling blood.Liver,spleen and kidney are treated together.Ganwen drugs are used more frequently.Radix et Rhizoma Rhizoma Rhei,Radix Astragali,Salvia Miltiorrhiza,Poria Cocos,Angelicae Root,Rhizoma Atractylodis,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Dangshen,Radix Achyranthes Bidentatae and other drugs are most common in prescriptions,among which Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae Miltiorrhizae,Radix Astragali are It is closely related to Salvia miltiorrhiza.(4)Enema therapy is the most commonly used method in external treatment,mainly for clearing away heat and detoxification,overcoming turbid toxin,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis.While tonifying liver,spleen and kidney,it also pays attention to the regulation of stomach and organs.Bitter cold drugs are used more frequently,such as rhubarb,oyster,dandelion,aconite,danshen,safflower,locust flower,astragalus,white horse bone,Longgu and so on.When used in combination,dandelion is compatible with rhubarb and rhubarb.More often than not,Dandelion is closely related to Dandelion.(5)In the past 20 years,the medication thinking of chronic renal failure has changed:In the following 10 years,the composition of the calm,bitter and pungent drugs increased,the composition of cold and sweet drugs decreased,the composition of tonifying deficiency drugs and purgative drugs decreased,the composition of blood-activating and stasis-removing drugs,Qi-Regulating drugs and surface-relieving drugs increased significantly,the composition of moderate and calm drugs increased in external treatment,while the composition of cold,heat and cool drugs decreased.
