Evaluation And Analysis Of The Level Of Medical And Health Services In Cities Of Hebei Province

The healthy China strategy put forward in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the reports on health care at the two sessions in 2019 show that the party and the state pay attention to health and fairness,indicating that the party and the state are paying more and more attention to the national health policy.I hope to provide a full range of medical and health services for every citizen.It also shows that public services,which focuses on medical services,are increasingly becoming the focus of attention of the party and the state.Judging from the current situation,the development level of medical and health services in Hebei Province is relatively backward compared with the whole country.There are still many problems that hinder further development.There is a big gap between the regions,such as the development level among cities.This paper analyzes the development level of basic medical and health service system in urban areas of Hebei Province through the construction of comprehensive evaluation index system,and understands the main gaps between cities in Hebei Province,and analyzes the uneven development of medical and health levels in different areas.And based on these factors to further improve the basic medical and health service system.First of all,this paper defines the basic medical and health service system in Hebei Province by defining the concept of the basic medical and health service system,and helps us find the indicators that really affect the development level of the urban medical and health service system in Hebei Province.Secondly,this paper selects five main measured indicators by consulting relevant literature,and uses factor analysis to conduct comprehensive analysis,and summarizes the basic medical and health service system into two influencing factors,namely,health care resources level factor and the utilization of the infrastructure level factor.Through the analysis,it is concluded that the medical and health development in Hebei Province has different degree of equalization in different regions with different economic development,so there is a polarization of medical and health resources among regions.That is to say,the level of medical resources in areas with rapid economic development is much higher than that in areas with relatively backward economic development.In terms of the mobility of medical and health resources,more medical and health resources in Hebei Province are concentrated in cities with better economic development level,while infrastructure construction and utilization need to be strengthened within the province.Finally,further leading the rational flow of resources,continuing to deepen medical reform,and combining the latest science and technology were proposed.
