Objectives: To analyze serum s Fc?RI? and Ig E levels in patients with SLE and AILD.To investigate their correlations with laboratory examination results, and provide evidence for MC activation in the pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases.Method:(1)100 cases of SLE patients,40 cases of AILD patients(including AIH?PBC and PSC)and 70 healthy controls were recruited to analyze s Fc?RI? and Ig E levels in sera. The level of s Fc?RI? was determined by ELISA.The level of total Ig E was determined by INA.(2)Collect the clinical data of patients(including name, gender, age, classification of disease, and the results of auxiliary laboratory examination, such as the levels of anti-Sm antibodies?AMA-M2?anti-ds DNA antibodies,CRP and ESR).(3)Analyze the differences of s Fc?RI? and Ig E levels between two disease groups and control group;Analyze the correlations between s Fc?RI? and Ig E levels with the results of anti-ds DNA antibodies,anti-Sm,AMA-M2,CRP and ESR;Analyze the differences of s Fc?RI? and Ig E levels between two disease groups(SLE and AILD).Result:(1)There was no significant difference of s Fc?R?? and Ig E levels among different age/gender groups.(P >0.05).(2)Serum s Fc?RI? level was higher in SLE,PBC and PSC groups compared to the control group(P<0.05).(3)Serum Ig E level was higher in SLE but not in AILD group.(4)No significant difference was observed in s Fc?RI? and Ig E levels between SLE and AILD groups.(5)Serum s Fc?RI? levels showed positive correlation with anti-ds DNA antibodies and CRP,while Ig E showed correlation with anti-ds DNA antibodies and ESR in SLE group.(6)There was no difference of s Fc?RI? and Ig E levels with AMA-M2 in PBC group.(7)There was no significant difference of s Fc?R?? and Ig E levels between SLE patients and AILD patients(P>0.05).Conclusion: Serum s Fc?RI? levels were associated with SLE and AILD,while Ig E levels were only associated with SLE.There was some correlation between s Fc?RI? and the occurance of autoimmune diseases, suggesting that MC activation plays a role in autoimmune diseases which is worthy of further exploration.
