Objective:To explore the relationship between fetal AoI-IFI and other Doppler blood flow parameters and fetal adverse perinatal outcomes. Methods:A total of 45 preeclampsia pregnant women and 45 normal pregnant women are collected.Match them at 1:1 paired by gestational week. The AoI-IFI,AoI-PSV and CPR of normal and preeclampsia fetuses were analyzed by scatter plot.Chi-square test was used to evaluate the diagnostic value of parameters such as AoI-IFI,CPR and the absent/reversed end diastolic flow of UA,in fetal adverse perinatal outcomes.P<0.05 has statistical significance for the difference. The fetal blood flow Doppler parameters were combined with the fetal perinatal outcome. The sensitivity and specificity of the parameters were analyzed and compared by diagnostic test.Result:1.The scattered plot of preeclampsia's AoI-IFI,AoI-PSV,CPR are distributed under the normal fetus, and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Fetal AoI-IFI is more valuable than CPR and the absent/reversed end diastolic flow of UA,and the difference is statistically significant(c~2=20.04,13.07,P<0.05).3.Fetal AoI-IFI has the highest sensitivity in the predictive of fetal perinatal maloutcome, and the difference is statistically significant of the sensitivity and specificity of each diagnostic method (c~2=24.6?24.8,P<0.005).Conclusion:Compared with CPR,absent/reversed end diastolic flow of UA and DV,fetal AoI-IFI has the greatest diagnostic value.Fetal AoI-IFI has the highest sensitivity in the predictive of fetal adverse perinatal outcomes.
