| Objective:To analyze the effect of imported gingival retraction paste(Septodont,France)and a new type of gingival retraction paste(Tianjin Zhongding Biomedical Technology Co.,Ltd.China)in the restoration of anterior fixed partial denture. In addition,to explore the application of electron microscope scanning and measuring technique in the evaluation of the effect of oral fixed partial denture for anterior gingival repair.Method:Forty-five patients(100 teeth)with a single all-ceramic crown repair in the anterior teeth were selected, and the affected teeth were grouped according to the type of the drainage paste used.It is divided into Racegel sputum cream group A(n=50)and Zhongding sputum cream group B(n=50).The anterior teeth after the preparation of the tooth were drained and the mold was taken using silicone rubber, and the bleeding at the time of the mold was recorded, and the height of the model was observed under a scanning electron microscope. The data were statistically analyzed using spss22.0software.The two sets of data obtained by measuring the height of the drainage were subjected to two-two-north t-test.The data obtained from the hemostatic effect and the data obtained from the satisfaction of the restoration were statistically analyzed by Fisher’s exact probability method using four-table data.Result: The depth of the sulcus was observed under an electron microscope. The average depth of group A was 0.74 mm,and the average depth of group B was 0.80 mm.(P>0.05).The satisfaction rate of group A was 98%,and the satisfaction rate of group B was 96%(P>0.05).There was no statistical difference between the two groups. The satisfaction rate after repair in both groups was 98%(P>0.05),and there was no statistical difference between the two groups. Conclusion: The effects of Zhongding gingival retraction paste and racegel gingival retraction paste are similar in gingival displacement effect, hemostatic effect and clinical operation practicability. The shape and value of the measuring model can be observed clearly and intuitively by applying the electron microscope technology, which provides a great measurement index for evaluating the merits and demerits of the impression producing after gingival retraction. |
