| The human living environment has become a victim with the rapid development of the economy,excessive emerging disease and stubborn diseases have already caused a great burden to the large-scale hospital.In this case,the development of community health care career is imperative.Community medical workers as an important component of community medical institutions,the service quality and perceived return of them directly affect the development of community medical institutions.And the level of job satisfaction of medical workers directly affects their service quality.Therefore,based on the theory of job satisfaction,this study studies the factors that affect the job satisfaction of community medical workers.This thesis conducts a theoretical study on the influencing factors of job satisfaction about community medical workers,and summarizes them on the basis of the research.Starting from three aspects which are the work itself,others and social factors,the main influencing factors of community medical workers’ job satisfaction are three factors: work itself,interpersonal relationship and social identity.Among them,the level of work itself includes five dimensions: the working environment,the professional responsibility,the management system,the salary welfare,and the professional development.And introduces the employee perception as a regulatory variable,proposes research assumptions and constructs conceptual models.Adopting the questionnaire survey method,this thesis conducts a job satisfaction survey on 300 community medical workers of the Wuhan City according to the sampling principle,after a pretest.Then,the questionnaire was designed and distributed,and 282 valid questionnaires were collected and the data were sort out.Finally,this thesis utilizes SPSS22.0 to analyze the data and verifies the hypothetical relationship among influencing factors.This thesis tests the research hypotheses by descriptive statistical analysis,variance analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and adjustment effect analysis.The thesis has confirmed that:(1)There are all positive correlations between the work itself and its dimensions,interpersonal relationships,social identity and employee perception and medical job satisfaction;(2)Employee perception,as a regulatory variable,has a significant regulatory role on the relationship among professional responsibility,management system,professional development,interpersonal relationship,social identity and job satisfaction,while there is no significant regulatory role between job itself,working environment,salary system and job satisfaction.(3)This thesis also explores the differences existing in the perception of the work itself and its dimensions,interpersonal relationships,social identity,employee perception and job satisfaction towards medical workers of different gender,age,education background,length of service and title.Based on the above analysis,this study finally puts forward the strategies of improving the job satisfaction of community medical workers.From the three aspects,work itself,interpersonal relationships and social identity,this thesis improves the existing grass-roots medical staff working environment,establishes a correct concept of professional responsibility,etc.,and not only adjusts the structure of community medical institutions,but also optimizes the performance appraisal mechanism.Then,strengthening the construction of interpersonal relationship with patients,enhancing social identity and innovative community medical service model to promote the service capabilities of community health. |
