Diagnostic Study Of Cultural Construction In ZY Hospital

Corporate culture,also known as organizational culture,has been an important part of the successful development of enterprises for decades.The values embodied in it lead enterprises to a higher level of development step by step.The hospital culture is basically the same as the enterprise culture.The cultural construction of the hospital is the core element of the long-term stable development of the hospital.It is related to the smooth implementation of the strategic development of the hospital and the indispensable soul of the overall construction of the hospital.In this paper,a second-class first-class hospital(ZY hospital)in the process of transformation and upgrading is taken as the research object.Based on the development process,personnel structure,environment and strategic issues of the hospital,the Danison Organizational Culture Model is used to investigate and analyze the situation,and the construction ideas are put forward.Firstly,this paper introduces the concept of enterprise culture and the importance of hospital culture to hospital development.It points out that the construction of hospital culture is an important work under the background of contemporary medical reform in China.At the same time,it introduces that ZY hospital is in an important period of transformation and upgrading.According to the reasons for its failure in upgrading,a questionnaire survey is carried out due to insufficient cultural construction.To collect the relevant data of the hospital’s cultural construction,analyze and diagnose its cultural construction problems with theoretical model(Danison’s organizational culture model)and analytical method(factor analysis),and put forward suggestions so that it can make up for the deficiencies more effectively in the transformation and upgrading,and meet the needs through more perfect cultural construction.Continue to upgrade the strategic objectives.
