Clinical Study On The Effect Of Zishen Tiaogan Huoxue Periodic Drug Combined With Metformin On Glucose Lipid Metabolism And Some Inflammatory Factors In PCOS

Objective: This task through clinical follow-up and statistics research methods,to evaluate all kinds of efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)Zishen Tiaogan Huoxue periodic drug?metformin and Zishen Tiaogan Huoxue periodic drug with metformin for the treatment of patients with PCOS,and according to the records of clinical manifestations and data before and after treatment of each group,including the syndromes and signs of each patients(menstrual cycle,menstrual volume,etc),the change of basal body temperature(BBT),Anthropometry index,sex hormone level and insulin resistance index(glucose tolerance test and insulin release test),lipid metabolism index(fasting total cholesterol,fasting triglycerides,high and low density lipoprotein),inflammation factors,and to go for statistical analysis.Methods: Selected the patients from the gynecological outpatient department of Ningbo City Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2016 to October 2017,who meets the diagnostic criteria for polycystic ovary syndrome,a total of 90 people,randomly divided into 3 groups.They were: Chinese medicine group,western medicine group(metformin group),Chinese and western medicine combination group(TCM +metformin treatment group),30 patients in each group.To record the symptoms,signs and related experimental data of patients before and after the use of drugs,and to compare and analyze them with medical statistics SPSS 20.0?Results: The three groups of patients participating in this experiment has no difference in TCM score before treatment(P > 0.05).The TCM score of three groups were all going down in different degrees after treatment(P < 0.05).After treatment,the score of TCM combined with metformin was the most obvious,significantly lower than the other two groups(P < 0.05);The total effective rate of TCM combined with metformin was 90.00%,the western medicine group was 70.00%,the TCM group was 70.00%,the comparison between the three groups and comparison among each groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no statistical difference in the level of sex hormone ? anthropometric indicators ?insulin resistance index ? inflammatory factors(TNF-a?IL-6)in the three groups before treatment(P > 0.05).While all these indicators including LH?To?LH/ FSH?E2?TG?TC? HDL? LDL?FBG?2HPBG?FINS and 2HINS have declined after three months of treatment(P<0.05),and the inflammatory factors(TNF-a?IL-6)were significantly decreased(P<0.01)?Compared with the other two groups(P<0.05),the advantages of CTWG were significantly higher than those of the other two groups(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant before and after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion: In this study,we found that the treatment of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(pcos)with the combined treatment of Zishen Tiaogan Huoxue periodic drug and metformin can achieve better results.It not only can obviously improve the patients with polycystic ovary syndrome in the menstrual cycle,menstrual volume,but also can significantly improve the female sex hormone levels in the body and glucolipid metabolism,for anthropometry indicators and related inflammatory factor also have considerable improvement.This provides a new and better therapeutic approach for clinical treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.
