OBJECTIVE:This study intends to use the techniques and methods of network pharmacology to find out the active components and potential targets of Coptidis Rhizoma and Cinnamon on the basis of data mining,and Studying the topological properties of PPI networks on the intersection genes of diabetes target genes and drug target genes,From the molecular biology level,comprehensively and systematically analyzes the main chemical components of Jiaotai Pill and its mechanism of action in treating diabetes,in order to guide clinical medication and treatment.METHODS:Using ADME calculation methods,and based on databases such as the Chinese Medicine System Pharmacology Technology Platform(TCMSP),reverse molecular docking server(DRAR-CPI),and human genome annotation database(Genomic Notes database)to predict and screen the active ingredients of Jiaotai Pill and the treatment of diabetes Target.In the Cytoscape 3.5.1 software,build a network diagram of the ingredients of the Jiaotai Pill-diabetes target.build a target protein interaction network using the STRING platform,and analyze the target GO biological process and KEGG metabolic pathway through the DAVID database of biological information.RESULTS:16 active ingredients were screened from Jiaotai Pill and acted on 61 diabetes targets.Adjusted the PI3K-Akt signal pathway,the glutathione metabolic pathway,the Jak-STAT signal pathway,the renin-angiotensin system,the AMPK signal pathway,the insulin signal pathway,and the insulin resistance signal pathway.Participated in many biological processes such as protein phosphorylation,Redox,signal transduction,glutathione metabolism,inflammatory response,and immune response.CONCLUSION:Jiaotai Pill may play a role in the treatment of diabetes by improving insulin resistance,anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidative damage,promoting glycogen synthesis and inhibiting glycogenolysis.
