Research On The Evolution And Response Of Network Public Opinion In Doctor-patient Disputes

Medical treatment is an important social public resource,and health is a hot topic of social concern.With the increasing demand for medical treatment,doctor-patient relationship has become one of the most common social relations,and public opinion incidents related to doctor-patient disputes have gradually increased.At the same time,the popularity of the Internet has lowered the technical threshold of public expression.The openness and tolerance of the network environment have aroused unprecedented desire for expression.The network has become the main place for the fermentation of public opinion.The public opinion of doctor-patient disputes that ferment,grow and evolve in the network has its complexity in the subject,noumenon and evolution process of public opinion.As one of the three new theories,dissipative structure theory is a science that studies the nature,formation,stability and evolution of complex open systems in a non-equilibrium state.Openness,non-equilibrium,non-linear interaction and fluctuation are the important conditions for the formation of dissipative structure,which is very consistent with the evolution characteristics of network public opinion in medical disputes.Therefore,using dissipative structure theory to study the network public opinion of doctor-patient disputes not only has theoretical applicability,but also provides a new perspective for the evolution and response of the network public opinion system.The paper consists of six parts.The introduction part mainly expounds the background and significance of the topic selection,summarizes and analyzes the related research on the network public opinion and dissipative structure theory of doctor-patient disputes,builds the research framework of the article,and proposes research methods and possible innovations.The second part lays the theoretical foundation,clarifies the definition,characteristics,manifestation and function elements of the network public opinion disputes;analyzes the communication channels and evolution paths of the network disputes between doctors and patients.The third part introduces the scientific thinking and formation conditions of the theory of dissipative structure.From this theory,the theoretical applicability of network public opinion research and the unique superiority of network research on doctor-patient disputes are used to construct its intrinsic relationship with the network research on doctor-patient disputes.In the fourth part,the author analyzes the process of network public opinion evolution using mathematical analysis and visualization software MATLAB.Based on this,the evolution state and entropy flow state of each stage are analyzed.Dissipative structural features of the network public opinion system in disputes.On the basis of the previous analysis,the fifth part puts forward suggestions on the guidance and control of network public opinion from the dissipative structural characteristics of the network disputes of doctors and patients.The final part is to summarize the full text.This paper establishes the research direction and framework by sorting out the relevant research results,takes the dissipative structure theory as the reference to the evolution process of network public opinion in doctor-patient disputes,adopts the research method of combining qualitative analysis with empirical analysis,and uses the tools of mathematical analysis and social network analysis to analyze the dissipative structural characteristics of the evolution of network public opinion in doctor-patient disputes,so as to be able to provide reference for the evolution of network public opinion in doctor-patient disputes.The response of network public opinion provides useful thinking.
