| Once the public health emergency appears,it will arouse the public’s wide attention and heated discussion.The public’s discussion on public health emergencies on the network platform forms a certain amount of online public opinion and challenges the government governance to a certain extent.The network public opinion management of public health emergencies in China has made some achievements,but there are still some problems.This paper mainly uses literature research method,case analysis method,normative analysis method,Analyze network public opinion governance issues in response to network public opinion in public emergency management lack of theoretical guidance,many main body participation of Internet public opinion emergency management system is imperfect,information sharing and timely communication between multiple subject of negotiations is not sound,the multi-agent collaborative linkage of network public opinion "polycentric governance" lack of innovation,network public opinion management regulations,the legal status of low or don’t match,from the perspective of strengthening the government’s macro-guidance and regulatory supervision responsibility in the governance of online public opinion,optimizing the industry self-discipline and self-inspection responsibility of media platforms in the governance of online public opinion,and improving the supervision and feedback responsibility of the public in the governance of online public opinion,specific policy suggestions are put forward. |
