Abstract/Summary:
Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy of contralateral puncture combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome in order to provide an effective and optimal scheme for the clinical treatment of post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome. Methods: 60 patients with shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30).Both groups received basic medical treatment after stroke. The patients in the treatment group were treated with contralateral puncture combined with rehabilitation training. The control group were treated with routine acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training. The course of treatment in both groups was 4 weeks. The improvement of symptom Mc Gill pain questionnaire,shoulder-hand syndrome assessment scale, upper limb simple Fugl-Meyer motor function score and hand swelling score were observed before and after treatment in the two groups. The data were analyzed by SPSS22.0 software.Results:1.After treatment, the scores of Mc Gill pain questionnaire in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores in the treatment group were more significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).2.After treatment, the score of shoulder-hand syndrome in the two groups decreased significantly(P<0.05),and that in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group(P<0.05),and there was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the(FMA)score of the simple Fugl-Meyer motor function scale in both groups was significantly higher than that before treatment(P <0.05),and the FMA score in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).3.After treatment, the scores of hand swelling in the two groups decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the scores in the treatment group were significantly lower thanthose in the control group(P<0.05),and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).4.The total effective rate was 89.66% in the treatment group and 73.33% in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0 05).Conclusion: the contralateral puncture method can effectively improve the pain and swelling symptoms of the affected limbs in patients with shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke, improve its motor function and promote the progress of rehabilitation. The clinical curative effect is better than the routine acupuncture method, and the safety is high, and the patients are easy to accept. It has good clinical operation.
